It's not as good as other brand and also it's bad in transportation. Take too much time too delivery . Bad in customer service . Not give genuine answer. No one pickup call for any inquiry.

I ordered whey protein from Nutrabox but the delivery service was very pathetic. The packet has been moving in my city for a week and what the delivery partner is doing is just giving a missed call and marking the delivery as unsuccessful and then cancelled my order. Due to this experience I don't think I would order from them now.

Tried for the first time very poor taste,will never order again

I had been using this product for more than 3 years mainly because Nutrabox products were Labdoor certified, which gave me confidence in the quality and authenticity of the product. Back then, the products were reasonably priced, delivery was on time, and although the taste was average, the overall experience was reliable enough for me to continue purchasing and even recommend it to others.

However, over time it genuinely feels like the company has become complacent after gaining customer trust and popularity. One of the biggest disappointments is that the product is no longer Labdoor certified, which was one of the primary reasons many customers, including me, trusted the brand in the first place.

Because of this decline in overall experience, I had already stopped buying from them. Recently, based on a friend’s recommendation, I decided to give the brand another chance — but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment.

The product prices have increased significantly, the taste has become much worse than before, and the delivery experience has deteriorated even further. The most frustrating part was the customer support. When I called to complain about the delayed delivery, the response I got from the representative was: “What can I do, sir?”

That response was shocking. If the product is ordered from your official website and paid for in advance, then who exactly is responsible for ensuring timely delivery and resolving customer complaints? As a customer, whom am I supposed to approach if the company itself refuses accountability?

Very disappointing experience overall.

I’m बेहद disappointed with Nutrabox’s delivery service. This was my third order, and once again, the delivery was delayed. The biggest issue is that they rely on Delhivery, and the experience has been consistently poor.

This time, the delivery partner clearly stated that he would not be delivering the product as he wouldn’t be coming to my area in the coming days. Because of this, I had to travel around 9 km to collect an order that I had already prepaid for—and then travel the same distance back home.

This is completely unacceptable and highly inconvenient for customers. Timely and doorstep delivery is a basic expectation, especially when full payment is already made. Nutrabox seriously needs to improve its logistics and delivery partnerships.

Very disappointing and misleading experience.
Before placing my order, I was explicitly promised a free gift by customer support. Based on that assurance, I went ahead and placed the order. After payment, I was informed that no gift would be provided because a discount coupon was used — a condition that was never communicated beforehand.
When I questioned this, support claimed it was “explained earlier” but failed to provide any chat reference or proof when asked. This feels like a clear case of false assurance to secure an order, followed by policy changes after payment.
Such practices make customers seriously question how much trust can be placed in their words and commitments. I would advise others to be extremely cautious and get everything in writing before ordering.

i purchased one shaker from nutrabox. received a defective piece which leaks while shaking. they asked for video proof. i sent them proof but they are not responding me . highly disappointed.

Edit: got the replacement unit but still has leakage issue.

"I ordered creatine from nutrabox on 3rd march 2025 promised delivery 8th march 2025. Delivery's been rearranged 7 times, now 22nd march 2025. Customer service offers only delays, no solutions. This constant rescheduling has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I'm deeply disappointed with Nutrabox handling of this order.

Best and most trusted product. I am using since last one year. Very happy

I had the Swiss Chocolate flavor. Mixes well, very mild taste, easier to digest since it is Whey Protein isolate. I have given a star less since it is having INS 955 (Sucralose). Recent 2023 study from North Carolina State University has found that the artificial sweetener sucralose can produce a chemical that damages DNA and causes leaky gut. Just google "NCSU and INS 955".

I would give it 5 stars if they replace the INS 955 with (limited amounts) plain old sugar or Steviol glycosides (INS 960).
