When I had my shoes delivered to NuShoe I received an email that my order would return ship within 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks later I called and was told that all orders are delayed because they are relocating their operations. I said that they should have preemptively let all customers know and post this delay on their web site. And I asked to have the manager call me. No call.

I sent in two pairs of Birkenstocks to be resoled, aboth were not polished but were oil rubbed leather.
While they did resole the shoes, they also covered my shoes in polish, ruining the color and getting rid of the patina I wanted to retain. My shoes are ruined. They offered to fix them, but when I got the shoes back, they look even worse. They refuse to interact with me further, and now I have ruined shoes I don't want.
Total waste of money.

Sadly Nu Shoe does not provide the expertise they
advertise. Ask for new 30 inch laces send 45inch,
I ask for new eyelets, never installed in shoes. Not
all stitching was done only partial. At 150 I would
think better services. Waited 4 1/2 weeks for return
of shoes. You decide if you want to be riped off.
I got my Wolverine 1000 mile shoes resoled, and they look like new! They resoled them (with better tread than the originals!) but also polished them, replaced the laces, and generally left the shoes as good as new! I was leery of the price and timeline at first, but I'm so happy I got them repaired rather than getting new shoes
