Fast and efficient service good product at a fair price

Took nearly a week to arrive but that may have been because of the Easter break but the product is of high quality and there wasn't extensive damage. I do believe protective cushioning could be used since the bottle had a dent in it and the stickers to seal the box was quite flimsy.

I love the 1kg Cacao tubs that I have been getting from Nurifi. This order was not quite as good as the tub looks a little dirty and the seal has one side broken so I am hoping all contents is ok.

The product is great but only if I ever receive it. Additional delivery instructions was left on checkout and on Royal Mail tracking but this was not followed and the Shea butter I ordered was left in a so called safe place which was missing.

Patchouli face hydrate from nurify skin is the best i've ever used. I've been using it for 3 years now it rehydrates my face just by applying once a day, no more itching or dryness on my face.

Previously I left a one star review as my parcel was delayed and then was delivered and empty, tampered with box with a sorry from royal mail but when I tried to claim for my parcel royal mail said I had to contact Nurifi, but no one got back to me.
After leaving this Nurifi contacted me and sent me a replacement, tge packaging was again damaged so have fed back to suggest an alternative to stop this happening in future!
I am always satisfied with the products Nurifi provide and use them on my babies skin!
I'm less impressed with royal mail!
