Subscription trapping!! Do NOT buy from this site. Very similar to other reviewers, I was unknowingly signed up to a subscription. When I cancelled I was still charged the following month. They were very apologetic, refunded me and assured me in an email that there would be no further charges and my subscription was cancelled. Guess what? Following month I was charged again. This time no one has responded to me. My bank have refunded me and approached nuravella. Despite me having an email agreeing to no more charges , they have refuted my claims!! I’ve never received another product despite them taking my money. Total scam company. They should be reported and investigated.

Item never arrived. I have been chasing them for a refund since November 2025 and have not had a response. Avoid - total sham.

I cancelled a subscription (that I didnt sign up to) two months before the scheduled delivery, yet the company still took payment and shipped the goods.

I contacted customer service immediately to explain the issue and request that the items be collected and refunded. However, my emails have been repeatedly ignored.

I have been chasing this matter since the back end of 2025, and despite sending multiple follow-ups, I have still not received any response OR refund. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing.

Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

I fully support independent
businesses, however I have sent four emails over 7 days to try to stop another shipment of the product I did not subscribe to. With good intentions I was trying to avoid them unnecessary shipping costs and for me having to return it. I have not had one email other than an automated email saying they will respond in 24 hrs. I am yet to receive an actual response to have a refund. Very disappointing customer care. This poor service does not in-still confidence in their product at all.

If I could’ve given zero I would have. Do not purchase anything from this company. A total scam. My order had not arrived after several weeks and when I contacted the company it miraculously appeared as ‘on the way’ . This morning I received a message saying there was a ‘delivery exception’ and I needed to contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Who is the carrier??? On trying to track the item the website now says the parcel has been returned to sender. Total joke!!!!! I expect a FULL REFUND !!! But not holding out much hope 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
