I no longer feel bloated and my stomach is noticeably more flat!

I've been taking Nucific Biox4 for about a year and I have to say it was life changing for me. It's hard to narrow all my changes down to Nucific because I also started WW shortly after starting it and have had significantly less stress in my life as well...but I can say with certainty that it took my strong overwhelming cravings away very quickly. I was a food addict for many years and I can say that the problem has completely resolved itself. I no longer obsess over my next meal or the treats in the house. Nucific doesn't directly make me lose weight, but without the cravings I have been able to stick to my WW program way longer and more consistently than ever before, which is helping me get to a weight loss goal I've never even bothered trying for before with my food addiction. I'm also eating and enjoying eating way healthier (like whole foods and vegetables) which I never used to. I used to get bad heartburn when dieting which has also resolved completely. Dr. Lee's video on the website is also very inspiring, I like to watch it every so often to remind me how important clean eating is.

My appetite has reduced, even if I just take one in the morning! It has helped me lose weight pretty much effortlessly.

I’m on my first bottle and things are going well. I’m noticing slight appetite suppression. So at this point I’m trusting the clinical claims. I plan on using the product for at least 90 days to give it a fair assessment.

So far the scale has slowly started moving down. I am also having gall bladder issues (it's only functioning at 45%) but since I have been on this the pain isn't as bad and my stomach isn't as easily upset. Also, going number 2 isn't liquid all the time now.

I just started so I have not felt much difference or benefit. I look forward to it.
