Hi Trevor, sorry but we do not apear to have recived an email from you. It sounds like you are trying to power a torch, these devices require Protected Button Top batteries, which are longer than the Unprotected batteries you ordered. If you'd like to make contact with us, we can facilitate an exchange for suitable batteries for your device.
Consistently excellent supplier of Li-ion batteries
I've ordered from them several times before for 18650 batteries for torches, and now some 21700 batteries. They know the products and market like no-one else, at a good price, and with excellent delivery.

Fast delivery of genuine cells at a great price. I needed some decent 18650 cells to repair a vacuum cleaner, so ignored the cr@p that is sold on certain selling platforms and got some genuine parts with proper specs from Nubattery.

Recently ordered from Nu Battery
Recently ordered from Nu Battery. One of the plastic cases was broken during shipping and the protective cover on the cell was ever so slightly damaged (can cause a fire risk in some applications). These things happen.
I emailed Nu with a couple of photos, within 5 minutes they'd replied saying that they were sending a replacement cell and a new protective cover which I can easily fit myself.
Excellent service tested when things went wrong!
