I was replacing all the filters in my nuaquasysrem and when I opened the UV light tube the glass was broken. I emailed the company and Jennifer responded. We have had our NuAqua system (6 stage) for five years. It has served us well. Recently, the UV sanitizer ballast quit. In getting that issue resolved, email support (namely JENNIFER) was very helpful in helping troubleshoot and recommend the appropriate parts to repair.
