NTP Online Learning Ltd Recenzje

I can’t recommend NTP highly enough.

It took me a long time to complete my Transport Manager CPC due to working long night shifts, and staying consistent wasn’t always easy. But the support from NTP was spot on — they knew exactly when to give me the push I needed and kept me on track the whole way through.

Their guidance, structure, and encouragement made a massive difference, and I’m proud to say I passed both exams first time.

If you’re serious about getting your TMCPC done, especially if you’re juggling work and other commitments, NTP are the ones to go with.

Would highly recommend NTP for anyone wanting to achieve their CPC Transport manager - the learning platform was very straightforward to navigate. The team is available to answer any questions you may have and they were very prompt in doing so. I passed both exams the first time.

Very good course which you can tailor to your free time

I completed my Transport Manager course with NTP Online Learning and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team were extremely professional, supportive, and always happy to help whenever I had questions. The course was well structured and clearly explained, which made learning much easier.

I found ntp online learning a great way to study at my own pace. I eventually took the transport managers cpc exam and passed both exams first time due to the course content and notes being so In depth and preparing me well for the exams. As long as you put the work in the course will prepare you.
I recommend ntp training for a great way to train.

Having recently completed my CILT Stage 3 HGV transport managers course, I wholeheartedly endorse the NTP team. Their commitment to your achievement is evident, offering personalized attention and support throughout the entire process. Their guidance helped me succeed on my first attempt, and I am immensely grateful to all of them.

Great guidance and support.

Any time I needed guidance there was always a tutor to support and advise me. There is obviously a strong team with a wide depth of knowledge in place.

Would 100% recommend NTP to any individual considering undertaking the TM CPC journey.

Thanks NTP Team.

Absolutely outstanding training provider! I couldn’t be happier—I passed my Transport Managers course on my very first attempt! Considering how tough and content‑heavy the exam is, NTP’s brilliantly structured online course made all the difference. The layout is spot‑on, the materials are incredibly thorough, and the podcasts for every subject were a total game‑changer for learning on the go.
The tutors are spot on—always ready to help and genuinely invested in your success. A huge shout‑out to Mark for his incredible support from start to finish!
If you're serious about passing your Transport Manager qualification, I couldn’t recommend NTP highly enough. Absolutely top‑class!”**

Excellent experience with NTP👍
Having not studied for over 30 years, and not all that great at it back then either 🫣 the format of the course worked spot on for me, apart from the exams I did the full course on my iPad that I could obviously take wherever with me, I spent About 8 weeks learning part time around other commitments, so it was super convenient in my opinion.
The ability to spread the cost of the course aswell as the exams was also a much easier payment solution that I liked.
After being out of the ‘learning’ phase of my education for so long I knew that sitting In a classroom doing and intensive 2 weeks was never going to do the trick for me, so did plenty of research prior to handing over any money for an online course, and NTP was one of the top 2 that kept coming up, but they trumped my decision by the repeated good reviews on the user friendly course layout, so I chose them, and I’m glad I did, the actual layout of the course was spot on, the knowledge retention tests , again, spot on, the test exams perfect.
For total transparency I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff as I’m very much a’ get my head into it and keep myself to myself’ sort of learner, but I did contact a few times by email to clear up a few point that confused me and I was overthinking a bit, and every time received a prompt, clear and concise response.
Although I didn’t not make use of the phone or video chat support, I did have every faith that if I needed it, there would have been absolutely no problem in reaching out.
All this gained me a 1st time pass that far surpassed the original hope of ‘scraping by’ I had,
I think while doing the course and feeling like not a lot is sinking in, because of the layout of the actual course and the tests that you do ,a lot more is learnt that you realise, which says to me something is being done the right way.
Overall I’m very happy with my whole experience with NTP and would recommend them to anyone for your Transportation management CPC , thanks to you all 👍

Transport Mangers course/exams:- Perfect course for fitting around our business & having 3 kids, meaning I could learn at my own pace and literally anywhere including while sat at the hairdressers & doctor appointments etc.
even better the fact I could sit the exams at home and they fitted around school drop off and pick up times.
Thanks Mark & team.
Will definitely look to you for any further online training

I have recently completed the Transport Manager CPC online course with NTP and I ve passed both exams. As someone working full-time, the flexibility of the virtual classroom/self-paced modules was invaluable.
The recorded sessions were a highlight, allowing me to re-watch difficult modules like Drivers' Hours and Vehicle Costing whenever I needed a refresher. Despite being online, the live Q&A sessions felt interactive, and the tutor was always available via email to explain complex case study questions. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a structured but flexible way to get qualified."

I studied online with NTP for my Transport License Manager qualification and had a great experience. The course was clear and well structured, and the support throughout was excellent. I passed the test on my first attempt and would definitely recommend NTP.

Brilliant training providers and very helpful tutors would definitely recommend

Really easy to work with and great at answering any questions i had along the way. Nice to get a phone call to let me know i passed my exams as well, lot more personnel that way.

I had a very poor experience. Apart from the completely amature coursework and the childlike audio version, this company did not provide the support I would have expected after shelling out close to a thousands pounds. When it came to exam day, the system failed despite the fact I had successfully done the systems check. I wasn't able to complete the exams and they blamed the exam company instead. They have refused to refund the examination fees leaving me out of pocket.

Their aftercare was a complete joke as well. Blamed the exam company and are hiding behind their Terms and Conditions.

Very simple and well structured online course. Follow the steps and you will do well. Customer service is also very fast if you have any questions.

Absolutely delighted to hear the wonderful news from NTP that I've successfully passed my multiple-choice test. The course material and tutor assistance are unparalleled. With all the resources and study tools provided, along with your dedication, success in passing is assured. Heartfelt thanks to everyone at NTP.

I have just passed my CILT Stage 3 HGV transport managers course. I can very highly recommend the team at NTP, they are dedicated to your success, you are treated as an individual, and they are there, right by your side all the way through. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me pass first time. Thank you all.

Great company and team.

Used them to study and pass my Transport Managers CPC.

Would recommend.
