On August 1st, I went to NTB for a routine oil change and state inspection. I ended up leaving with four brand new tires—and four scratched rims on my fleet truck. Not exactly the kind of “upgrade” I was expecting.

I immediately noticed the damage and spoke with the employee who had been helping me. He admitted it was too late in the day to address the issue and told me to bring the truck back on the next business day. Since I couldn’t get time off right away, I returned a few weeks later, trusting they’d honor their word.

They said they’d “take care of it.” But when I picked up the truck at closing time, I saw that absolutely nothing had been done. I asked why, and was told the fleet company hadn’t approved the repair—meaning NTB expected someone else to pay for damage they caused. Then the employee suggested I contact my insurance to cover it.

Let me be clear: NTB damaged my rims and then refused to take responsibility. Trying to pass the buck to my fleet company or insurance is unacceptable.
If you value your vehicle and expect basic accountability, I’d think twice before trusting NTB with your business.

NTB - Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, was wonderful! They got me in quickly, moved up my finish time when I told them I needed it sooner, honored a coupon for a free tire rotation, and were polite, friendly, and helpful. Mike at the desk was great.

I really appreciate the people who work here at the Fairlawn NTB. They are always helpful when I have questions or concerns about my car/tires. They are also very efficient in the services they provide.

Dave and the service team at the NTB Allison Park Store were attentive and thorough. My service was performed quickly and efficiently. I have purchased tires from this NTB store for my last 4 cars (over 15 years). They consistently provide great service for a fair price. I will continue to use them (and Big O Tires in California) in the future.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Conduct and Poor Customer Service
On June 26, 2025, I contacted the NTB location in Reynoldsburg, Ohio regarding a serious issue: they had mistakenly installed the wrong tire on my vehicle—a tire I’ve now been driving on for over a month. Rather than acknowledging the error and offering a solution, I was told I needed to bring the vehicle in just to “verify” their mistake. This was not only inconvenient but frankly insulting, especially considering the tire in question is a unique model they don’t even stock.
When I asked to speak with someone about the matter, I was told they wouldn’t speak with me. After I explained why this issue mattered—mentioning my profession—I was abruptly told by the manager, Rusty, that if I was recording the call, I needed to contact corporate, and then he hung up on me. I called back immediately and waited on the line for nearly 7 minutes before he finally answered again. I calmly explained why having one mismatched tire for over a month was unacceptable. His response? He refused to deal with me further and said I’d have to go through a third party for any resolution.
As a veteran, a professional, and someone who takes pride in their vehicle, I find this treatment appalling. This was my first high-end car, and I expected a basic level of respect and accountability from a national tire service provider. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness, poor communication, and a complete lack of ownership.
I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions and hopefully avoid the frustration and disrespect I experienced. I strongly urge NTB corporate to review this location’s practices and ensure no other customer is treated this way.

Indian River Rd. Location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away. The manager on duty addressed my concerns and had a technician working on my issue right away. The wait time was minimal and had me back on the road in no time. I appreciate the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service provided. Job well done!

Always get the job done. Usually a little understaffed but the guy in charge is always friendly and accommodating.

Wow this tire shop saved my life! I got a flat tire on a Sunday and they helped me fix it right away! They were the only shop around me at the time and I was incredibly impressed by how quick they got me in and out! Special thanks to Branden for his superb customer service! He’s was wonderful! Everyone was!

I had the worst experience today. Looks like they have a different crew and I wasn't happy with this location trying to get me to purchase something I did not need. My steering wheel was slightly shaky on the highway yesterday..so after multiple researches I found out that I should take it a tire place because It was a tire issue. I purchased a tires from ntb late last year..come to find out..they never balanced my tires. They where trying to get me to purchase struts which would have been. $499 or $599..and struts that would have been $299. Not once did anyone drive the car or say it was a balance issue. I thought I need another tire maybe. So of course I left..I took it to another shop...we took a video of the tire that was off balance..remember ntb said I had a tire of balance and wanted me to get a wheel alignment that would POSSIBLY fix the issue. So I then go back to ntb and show them the video. My appt was at 11..I left at 12 and I was back by 1...I asked the manager was my tire supposed to look like that (brand new tire) and ge saw the problem. I told him I wanted my front 2 tires balanced only..he told me it would be a 2 or 3 hour wait. I said we'll can someone call Me when the time is near and I can come back..I live 7 mins away..he said well you can make an appt I said ok..then he said my first appt is tomorrow...so if I'm there today and trying to get it fixed today..why would I come.back tomorrow. Nevertheless...this was a clown situation and I left. So I then go to another reputable shop that balanced my tire for 30 bucks...ntb was going to charge 50..remember they never balanced it in the first place...I drove the car on the highway for 15 mins..it riding like a charm. I will never support this company again. I haven't seen Katie...she was the best. I plan to encourage everyone I know..not to ever go there. I feel like they were trying to get me to pay for things I didn't need..I also feel like there was no care about their mishap. I'm good. I will not allow these people to disappoint me again. That behavior is terrible.

My experience was great the people who work for you at the store 11724 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, Md. 21136 we so great. They explained everything to me and the cost and also how much time it would take. Everyone there was just wonderful really good customer service so I will be back again.

One of our tires went flat on the interstate. Stopped at NTB on College Rd in Greensboro, NC. Brandon and Keith did a great job diagnosing the issue and getting us back on the road in excellent turnaround time. Thanks guys!

Absolutely terrible. They were told to put the new tires on the back, but put one on the front and one on the back. I noticed this when my wife got home. Then they quoted us a price for 2 more tires, which they wouldn't honor because the manager changed his mind! Ridiculous!

I went to get nail removed from my tire john Allen and marcus from the store on bobby jones were very kind and helpful I had a great experience and I will recommend ntb to my family and co workers

David treated me like I was his granddaughter. The other employee treated me like his sister. I felt safe and knew I could trust them to make sure my tire and all of its components were in working order.

Brought a leaking tire in to see if repair was possible. Took me in right away - Found a nail, patched the tire and I was back on the road in about 30 mins - great job
