I can not thank you guys enough, with my credit rating I did not think I would be approved for any loan. But thanks to the staff and the consistency, I got approved. I was called with updates, helped with every step of the way and was reassured whenever I rang up, which was often.
Absolutely a pleasure to deal with when I was stressed so often, thanks guys!

My first initial call, I spoke to Chloe and she was so friendly and helpful. She had a positive attitude that she was willing to go further with my enquiry. From there, we dealt/spoke with the processing team and were kept informed on a number of times. All these ladies helped immensely like Scotty, Emma, and Amelia whom after hearing our story and need of help, she reassured me to trust on her and the team. That she would use her expertise to refer us to a lender that would answer to our request and be on a lower interest rate.
Our prayers have been answered. We called the right place. We are very relieved, excited to go on a family holiday and so thankful to you all for your great customer service.
