Would not recommend as a trade partner.
I’m a joiner, and in seven years of trading I’ve never once had to terminate a contract, until Neha. Agreed payment terms and schedules weren’t honoured on her side, yet she constantly pushed for completion dates that bore no relation to how the work actually gets done. She also asked me, in writing, to build a hidden mark-up into my quotes, to be split across items and “kept discreet” from the client, which she’d then invoice me for separately. I wasn’t willing to work that way. Add relentless micro-management and a consistently dismissive manner, and the relationship became untenable, so I sought legal advice and terminated the contract. From talking to other trades, I’m not the only one. If you’re considering working with her, get everything in writing first, but ultimately I would recommend steering well clear.
