Really happy with my new Galactica Table Lamp, regardless of the size, it still emits loads of light!

Have been waiting weeks now on my refund even though the company have both my returns as tracking shows they’ve been safely delivered and signed for. Takes days to hear back from customer service who have now promised me two different dates I would receive my refund, both dates have now passed and I am now awaiting on a response after sending yet another email.
Absolutely avoid this company.

Fast acting customer service! I had an issue with the delivery of my new Kona Floor lamp, I rang Noxu's customer services and was met with a very pleasant agent who took down some instructions for the delivery driver to follow, these were passed onto the DHL delivery driver in a very timely manner and I was called back by the agent confirming it would be delivered on the same day! Would definitely recommend. (Especially with Christmas coming up, they do the perfect gifts)

I purchased a light from Noxu. It is faulty and requires you to contact support to be able to reset it as it was continually malfunctioning. Wouldn’t recommend as poor quality.

Just received my Noxu vases. They are as lovely in person as they appear in the advertisement. They will give any room a pop of colour. They are functional art. To add to the whole experience, they were shipped and arrived very quickly.

Encountered a problem with the light not responding to the remote as intended, seemed to be stuck on a strange setting. Emailed Noxu on a Saturday morning, had a reply within 2 hrs with instructions, and bingo, all up and running as new straightaway. Class.

Michael dealt with me personally all the way from inception to delivery.....Top bloke.....one of the best customer experiences from an online company I've ever had.

I purchased my 2nd item from Noxu and I would rate the customer service team member’s help as 10/10. Michael followed up on my order placement and ensured the item was delivered in good time for my grand daughter’s birthday and even took the time to check if it had arrived. Top marks to Michael ;)
I recommend the brand and service highly.

I have the Kona Floor Lamp, it has so many settings, and is super vibrant. It has become a talking point whenever I have guests over.

My lamp remote control corroded and they quickly responded to help replace it for free. Thanks!

Ordered the Galactica lamp,Said 2 to 5 days for delivery. Due to the current situation arrived a couple of days later. Emailed Noxu and was replied to straight away, exceedingly helpful and delighted with my lamp. Planning to buy more from Noxu.

I loved my lamp and after 10 months it suddenly collapsed. I contacted the customer service and not only they were very helpful and fast, they replaced my lamp without further complications. I definitely recommend it!

Sutikku Floor lamp. Excellent light that brightens up any space. Plenty of settings and colours for whatever mood you have.

Not only do I love this product but following a small glitch I was wonderfully surprised at the service provided by the company. Without any quibbling a replacement was sent . All instructions and communications were dealt with promptly it was clear ,polite and very very helpful. Totally recommend

I own 3 pieces from Noxu. Wall light and 2 stands. Absolutely love them. The colors all match and it really sets the mood for relaxing or for parties. Highly recommend.

Noxu has gorgeous products, beautifully designed and their lamps make a great impact. We have bought several and been very happy. But I always feel the true sign of a good company is how they deal with things when they go wrong. When a lamp we ordered arrived broken (not their fault) the Noxu customer service was gold standard. I sent an email outlining the issue and within 30 minutes a very helpful young man called Michael called me. They offered a no hassle replacement which arrived with 48 hours. The new lamp is perfect. Highly recommend Noxu.

Took a while to get here but we’re very pleased with our pyramid- it looks great! It’s not bright enough to use as a light but visually, it’s stunning.
