The whole team at Nowskills are great at helping you along the process of applying and getting hired. I was called the next day after expressing interest and was given three interviews just a few weeks after submitting my application.

Tom especially was great as he always made sure to help me feel supported and confident with each step in the process and answer all of my questions throughout the whole process amazingly!

I recently completed my Data Analyst apprenticeship and achieved a full Distinction overall. Throughout the programme, NowSkills provided excellent support, regular progress reviews, and valuable feedback that helped me develop both technically and professionally.

My mentor was always approachable and supportive, while the PDR meetings kept me focused and on track. The guidance provided during my portfolio and EPA preparation was especially helpful, ensuring I fully understood the requirements and felt confident throughout the assessment process.

I was initially interested in an apprenticeship opportunity advertised through NowSkills and was looking forward to finding out more about it.

Unfortunately, the communication during the initial recruitment process was disappointing. I had a call arranged which didn’t take place. I was then asked to provide my availability to rearrange, which I did promptly, working the suggested times around my own work commitments. I then had to chase for a response before another call was arranged.

A second call was subsequently agreed for 12:30pm. I made sure I was available at that time, but again the call didn’t take place. I later received an explanation that the call had actually been booked for the following day by mistake. I appreciate that mistakes happen, and the recruiter did apologise and take responsibility for the mix-up, which I do appreciate.

However, by this point I had already made time for two arranged calls and had to follow up regarding communication in between. I don’t think applicants should have to repeatedly rearrange their working day around calls that don’t ultimately take place, particularly at the very beginning of the recruitment process.

Punctuality and communication are important to me when considering an employer and apprenticeship provider, and unfortunately my experience didn’t reflect this. As a result, despite being genuinely interested in the apprenticeship itself, I decided to withdraw from the process.

This review is based solely on my experience of the initial application/recruitment process, rather than the apprenticeship training itself.

I was contacted by Jessica regarding opportunities in my area, she helped me secure 2 interviews one of which I secured a role. She was super helpful and helpful. She answered any questions I had and kept me informed during the whole process. The process was made a lot more simpler with her help I cannot recommend now skills enough it is an amazing company with the most amazing and kindest staff!!

My experience with NowSkills was amazing. Within 3 weeks of starting the process, I managed to get an apprenticeship. Everyone there was super encouraging and supportive throughout the process. Jack was great at guiding me through the documents, whilst Katie and Sebastian were great for hyping me up before interviews and giving me plenty of helpful information. I highly recommend

This company is brilliant, they are on the ball, so friendly and eager to help. They found me an apprenticeship within a couple of weeks of me finishing my paper work and I am loving it. Dionne was the one that got me my interview and she was so helpful and hyped me up so much. She is the best!!

I got an apprenticeship with now skills, Tony was great help and was there throughout the whole process. I liked the fact that they will always pick up if needed and show support as much as they can.

I applied with nowskills for an apprenticeship in the IT industry last month. The next day they rung me getting me setup and in the system. Dionne was superb in her work, she found me a perfect suit in less than a week at a big company and got me in with them. I genuinely feel this is a huge step forward in my life and sets my career up for many years to come.

Application requires candidates to film themselves, which can lead to discriminatory practice. No alternative conditions offered for neurodivergent / anxious people, which seems like discrimination in and of itself. No reasonable adjustments offered. Don't waste your time like I did.

I recently completed my Data Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship to a Merit grade. The tools and materials I was able to access have helped me progress massively in my role and to achieve a high score overall.
The support I had through my apprenticeship from my Tutor Paul has been great, even when I had to pause the course due to a period of illness.
The live sessions were helpful, although quite fast and stressful at times, but gave me points to continue with my independent learning.
Overall I would recommend NowSkills for developing professional skills.
