Nowcarpets Recenzje

I was told samples were out of stock, I was told they would be sent out in a few days when they were back in stock, and I would receive a refund for the post and packing because of the wait.I thought fair enough and I appreciated the email and the refund but still no samples, very disappointed

5* experience - cannot fault them. Great service from start to finish from both Jake and the fitters - finished promptly and were a pleasure to work with/went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the carpets.
We’ve had a number of compliments on the quality and feel of the carpet already and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend. Will definitely be using again.

Really happy with my new carpet. All my questions answered and a smooth process from start to finish! Would recommend.

I only needed a small area to be carpeted but it was still super easy to order through Nowcarpets.
I had a couple of questions I wanted to clarify before which Jake answered swiftly and with clear explanations.
Would 100% recommend!

Amazing service!! I could not be happier with nowcarpets, they made the process seamless. Amazing quality and the best value out there! I would highly recommend!

Extremely impressed by Nowcarpets. I found the carpet industry very tricky to navigate, there is almost too much choice & variety. Nowcarpets made the process very efficient, helpful & I am so happy with my purchases. Jake was very helpful & the staff were so warming & friendly. I will be buying more! Thank you again!

The website was easy to use, with a fantastic selection of flooring styles. Customer service was responsive and helpful, and my order arrived quickly and well-packaged. The quality of the flooring exceeded my expectations. Very pleased!

Great product and service from Nowcarpets. We’ve tried a few different online suppliers but Nowcarpets have certainly showed the best customer service with great prices too. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Jake and his team for excellent service. No hard sell. Gave me plenty of options and helped me choose within my budget. Will use Nowcarpets again and have recommended to family and friends.

Incredible service from start to finish. They have a wide range of flooring to choose from and were always on hand to help me with any questions I had throughout the process, as I wasn’t too sure on what would work best in my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!

Great value for money, I'm so pleased with my carpet - the delivery was fast and the service was so professional from start to finish, highly recommended!

Brilliant carpet! We bought a similar carpet from another online provider previously for our bedrooms, super cheap but didn’t last very long :( The difference in quality with the new carpet we bought from these guys is incomparable!

Great service ! Pleasure dealing with Jake
