Novum Publishing Recenzje

Special tribute to Author Support team, Gergo Koloszar in particular, at Novum Publishing in London for their highly professional assistance and direction given to me during the editing and production of my book "Pursuit of the Elusive Dream". The book was released only just a few days ago. Data updates with individual suppliers are still in progress, so I am yet to give a more comprehensive review when relevant processes have been completed. But so far, I am satisfied with the massive amount of work that has been put into the production of my book, just whose front cover design and the high quality binding have impressed many of my relatives and friends already.

Prompt, very supportive and efficient.

The team at Novum Publishing have been so supportive throughout my experience of being published.
Their attention to detail and help with some niggles I had at my end were second to none.

The workers and the room service were really good. Clean and good smelling rooms and a nice bathroom.

Thank you very much for your collaboration, and for making this useful platform with excellent technological resources available to new writers.
Excellent attention, the methodology is ideal to help you publish your work. With prepared and pleasant people. Attentive to their authors and personally a great support at this stage giving us confidence and self-confidence. My congratulations for your excellent work.
THANKS TO nuvum I have been able to fulfill a new dream!

Found them most helpful as a new author, every thing went ahead on time and my book was pulished successfully Peter

Amazing working alongside Bianca at Novum to release my first ever childrens book. Many Thanks it’s so exciting it has actually come into fruition. Thanks for all your guidance x

I had the best possible experience as a first time author with novum. They guided me through the publishing process with utmost clarity, making it so simple which is exactly what I was looking for.

This is the very first time I have written and had a book published and I have to say that the journey I have had over the past year with Novum publishing has been a smooth one.
The service I have received has been excellent and the support from the staff has been second to none.
I have now started my second book and hope to use their services again in the future.

I cant thank Bianca enough she has been absolutely amazing. When I was panicking she kept me calm and reassured me all the way the process.

I struggle with mental health problems and Bianca was so patient and kind.

Absolutely wonderful thank you 😊

Bianca has been so patient and so lovely. She has been there every step of the way and kept me calm through the whole process.

I cant thank Bianca enough. Xxx

I am very grateful to novum publishing for taking me on as a new author and publishing my book: "Elvis; The Siege of Graceland and Other Stories'. As far as I am concerned that is worth at least five stars.
The steps in the process from submission of the manuscript to being printed were thorough, with plenty of opportunities for revisions and corrections. I was impressed by the quality of the specimen copy that was sent to me for final approval before the book was printed. It boded well for the finished article.
A lot of marketing material can be made available to me - at a price - to support the launch of my book. There are a lot of options and I needed to be selective. I would have welcomed some analysis on the effectiveness of the materials, or feedback from authors who have used them.
One other area of improvement I'd like to suggest: when I send in data approval forms and copy corrections etc, it is very rare for me to receive an acknowledgement that they have been received. I end up wondering if they actually got there. As soon as possible, someone should report that the information has been received. It would put my mind at rest.
Finally, my thanks again to novum publishing for their backing and to the support I've received from Michaela, Bianca and Elizabeth.

The co-operation I received from Novum-Publishing was remarkable. It was exceptionally professional but also conducted in a cordial and friendly atmosphere. I see it as a privilege to work with Novum-Publishing and will recommend this Publishing House to any prospective writer. Thank you.

Excellent communication. Very helpful in every step. Jobs were done on time as indicated in the very first letter.
The finished book looks brilliant.
I will use NOVUM again and recommend to my colleagues.

I am very happy with the look and feel of the finished book. Novum have done a first rate job in presenting my words in such an attractive package- the cover illustration and information and the colour combine to make one want to pick it up and read it. Bianca Bendra and her team were always supportive and helpful. As a first timer I am proud of my book. Thankyou Novum. Sean Maple.

Novum were very professional in their treatment of me as a new author. Bianca Bendra in particular was most helpful. I was particularly impressed by the input of the editor to my book. The people who designed the cover produced exactly what I had envisioned.

After other offers from more well known publishers who wanted me to change the format I decided the offer from Novum was the best way forward. No changes required …. Thereby maintaining the soul and moral compass of my text. Not looked back since…. Great support and professionalism from them. As a new author I am very pleased !

To date, I can only give Novum, in particular Bianca Bendra, nothing other than praise. Fingers crossed for the future. The customer service works so far and those queries I did have were answered promptly. At no time have I felt patronised.
