The Go To!

Really impressive clothing, fantastic fits especially the new summer range. My holiday suitcase is pretty much all Novu! I’ve noticed a real improvement with the level of service recently, which admittedly a little while ago wasn’t great with things like delivery and returns left in limbo but recently it’s been great! Excited to see drop 2.0!

Novu 2.0 Superb as always.

Novu have always been superb with me & items are always perfect, amazing quality & well worth it everytime. Customer service team has always been great and kept in full communication on the very rare occasion I’ve ever had a delay.

Always brilliant & the New SS25 Collection pieces I have already received are once again, Unbelievably good.

My order #178038 was placed on Sunday 15th June I’m yet to receive a dispatch email which is not on absolute ridiculous from a company that constantly posts clothes but can’t fulfill there orders. I want this sorted asap. Plain and simple f joke

Material very poor

Delivery great and on time but my trousers didnt fit and I didn't realise the material was polyester and spandex. Very cheap material for what I paid but that was my fault for purchasing initially. The top had a click in too. Just an overall disappointing experience. Being charged to return was a liberty too. Won't shop again

Absolute joke

Absolute joke. Placed an order on the 22nd may 2025. No products, shipping info , no reply from there customer service team as well. It’s a joke how a company can run like this, the worse thing is there products are actually half decent…. Novu sort this out before I charge back on my credit card. I have also spent a lot of money on there website in the last year as well.

Your clothes are really good and very good quality this is why I have ordered many times from yourself however your customer service is appalling and it makes me think is it even worth it? Please can you actually reply to my emails and get my order shipped? #177024 an otherwise I will charge back that order as well.

Maybe before replying to this review, you should actually look into the case and what I am saying and actually reply to me on email.

Your order placed on May 22nd, 2025, was held temporarily due to being flagged for potentially fraudulent activity.

This decision was based on a history of your previous orders where goods were received, but full chargebacks were filed, resulting in refunds being claimed while the items were retained. We’ve communicated with you multiple times in the past regarding this pattern.

Despite these issues, we chose to release and ship your most recent order as a gesture of goodwill. Our records confirm that the goods have been delivered.

Your order #177024 which you mention not receiving, was placed on May 22 and refunded in full on the same day - May 22nd. This refund was triggered automatically due our system picking up on the past chargeback pattern. We would advise checking with your bank if your refund is not showing, but we can confirm it is definitely processed our end.

No returns and terrible customer service

I placed an order for my holiday.
It didn't give me an option for delivery but I emailed to request express delivery at my own cost.
I received a prompt reply saying that fast delivery had been requested.
The order came standard delivery so didn't arrive in time for my holiday.
On return home (10 days) I tried to return the items but the return portal said not an option. Even thought the return policy was 14 days.
Again after emailing I received a prompt reply saying that it would now work.
I processed the return and requested a refund. One of the items said it was only able for store credit which was fine but because there was now 2 methods of refund the return portal wouldn't let me go any further.
I again emailed the customer service department to get no reply. Following 2 more emails I now have no option other than to contact my credit card company as the order was for £500+ and I will be incurring interest.
All of my emails are being ignored!

Delay in sending/lost package - despite paying for the quickest shipping.

I confess I did read the reviews prior to ordering and continued to order anyway, purely because I loved the set and wanted it for holiday. Paid for the most expensive shipping method that says 2-3 days. 4 days later tracking still says “we’re expecting this item” called Royal Mail and they said it’s likely the company has not even dispatched it yet and have just created the label. I now see why most reviews says it takes ages for the items to arrive, despite spending £5.10 (I think) on shipping instead of their free shipping.

Delayed replies via email and social media. Not sure id order again.

Edit 1: they asked me to email, no response yet - social media team says it’s been sent but tracking still shows “sender is preparing item” - 5 days later and nothing despite purchasing the fastest shipping - preparing myself for what I can predict is going to be a hassle. Reading all other reviews of items being lost and unable to obtain money back?? I will update this review with any progress.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I ordered a tracksuit from Novu that was not delivered by the courier company they have instructed to deliver the items and the courier forged my signature stating they delivered it. I contacted Novu and the response I received from Carla was it was not their responsibility and it had been delivered as far as they are concerned despite clearly explaining to her I have proof I was not home and that I have proof the signature was forged by the delivery driver. Carla then proceeded to tell me it was my job to take this up with Royal Mail despite it clearly stating on their website it is the responsibility of the sender to raise the dispute. Novu have now resorted to ignoring messages from me and haven’t offered a replacement or refund. Is this really how you treat your customers!

Great service, great quality clothes

I have repeatedly bought from Novu, for their quality two piece sets. They are high quality and strong unique designs. You see cheap attempted replicas on some stores I won’t name but the material quality and fit of Novu is far superior. My last purchase I bought the Oxford top and bottoms but was accidentally sent the shorts. I really liked the shorts but wanted the trousers. Unfortunately they were all sold out because it’s such a popular collection. Novu was so good they let me keep the shorts, and also provided me a coupon to put toward purchasing the trousers when they come back in stock. I would definitely recommend !

Geld krijg je niet terug, oplichterij!

Op 30 januari voor ruim 300 euro een bestelling geplaatst. Een dikke week later kreeg ik een bericht van PostNL dat ik 120 euro aan importkosten moest betalen. Gezien dit bedrag en het feit dat het nergens van te voren met mij gecommuniceerd was besloot ik om de de kosten te weigeren, toen heb ik de bestelling terug retour laten sturen naar NOVU. We zijn nu 3 maand verder en heb nog steeds mijn geld niet terug, klantenservice gebruikt elke keer de smoes dat retourzendingen worden verzameld en in 1x verwerkt worden om tijd en kosten te besparen.

Ik heb als consument nooit de bestelling ontvangen dus er is niks met de bestelling gebeurd, restitutie zou dus meteen plaats kunnen vinden maar dit doen ze niet. Inmiddels reageert de klantenservice helemaal niet meer nadat ik meerdere keren heb gemaild en gevraagd om updates, pure oplichterij dit!

Zeer slecht. Mijn bestelling van 25 april is nog steeds niet binnen gekomen terwijl er staat 1-3 werkdagen levertijd. Er word ook niet op de mail gereageerd.

Scam-like behavior

Scam-like behavior – 4 months, no product, no refund!

I ordered a product from this company over FOUR months ago, and it never arrived. Despite countless emails and messages, I’ve received no updates unless I chase them, and even then, it’s just vague promises with zero resolution.

I’ve been waiting over 120 days for a refund that I’m apparently never going to see. The responsibility has been entirely on me to keep following up — they have shown no initiative, no accountability, and no respect for their customers.

This is beyond poor service — it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am now exploring formal action against them, because this feels more like a scam than a legitimate business.

DO NOT BUY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

This might be the worst company ever. I ordered on the 15th of March. It said within two weeks I would have received the items, unfortunately by the 30th the items weren’t even with the courier, and so I wanted to cancel the order as they were still in possession of Novu. After emailing them, Jim said that it wasn’t possible to cancel the order because it was already with the courier. I told him that was untrue but no further reaction came.
April 8th it finally said the item had arrived at the courier and after having paid the customs clearance fee, the items arrived April 18th.
To make matters worse after waiting more than a month on these items, the quality was subpar and so I wanted to return the items, the return form indicated my items were not eligible for return. The customer service doesn’t help at all.
So after €300 spent, I am a lesson and 2 awful sweaters richer. Don’t make the same mistake.

I never write reviews, but i have to now

I almost never leave behind reviews, but now I have to. I've ordered sat Novu, and returned 1 item. And they 'return your funds', but you can only use these funds to order again at Novu. So, you don't get your money back at all. I have never experienced something like this in my life. Never order at here again please. Plus, once you order outside the UK, you also have to pay additional importing fee's.
