My husband got my engagement ring with Novita and loved it so much he insisted we get out wedding bands as well! I can understand why since the process was so seem less and they were happy to accomodate any requests or changes we required.

The team were also very accommodating when they learned that I needed the ring ASAP as I was planning on proposing to my then girlfriend, overseas! I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The amazing quality and pricing of their rings made Novita the perfect choice! The diamond sparkled more than the Eiffel Tower! The addition of the light in the box, made the proposal even more special! As I proposed overseas, the very helpful team allowed the resizing period to be extended. This meant my fiancée could get the ring resized after our holiday without any additional payments! We would use Novita Diamonds again for our wedding bands or any other jewellery pieces.

I purchased an engagement ring for my gorgeous girl and absolutely loves the unique (Well almost ) of the ring.with 1.9ct stone and accompanying stones in white 18ct gold . It looks amazing. When she first wore it to the office it was commented that “ Wow that’s a rock and half” The sizing was absolutely correct and the service on first contact, ordering and collection was first class from the Manchester office. I will definitely be using Novita for any complimentary pieces in the future.

Firstly, my ring is stunning! My fiancé, and the team at Novita Diamonds created a beautiful ring for our recent engagement and I couldn’t be happier! The ring was a little too big, but resizing was a very easy process. The showroom is beautiful and the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Novita gave detailed and pertinent information about each product, including clear photographs and videos. So I was able to place my order with a lot of confidence about both the product and the company (i.e. not fraud). Customer service was very prompt as well - they followed up with me via WhatsApp very soon after placing my order, informing me of stock availability and when I would like it delivered. They also showed me the laser inscribed IGI number on the diamond itself, before shipping out. I would shop with Novita with full confidence. Oh and I love the solitaire pendant I bought from them!
