The whole process was amazing! Very easy to schedule an appointment in the showroom, where they really take their time to understand what you want and consult you accordingly. Even after the purchase, they quickly answer any order-related question and are attentive for any follow-up, might it be the pickup or size adjustments afterward.

Diamantes preciosos y experiencia excelente
Fuimos con cita previa al showroom de BCN. El trato recibido fue excelente. Tienen mucho estoc y te explican todo lo referente a las tallas, quilates,..etc pero tb puedes confeccionar tu joya a medida escogiendo acabados en oro o platino y medidas y formas de diamantes. Los diamantes de laboratorio tienen un brillo espectacular. Están certificados y son preciosos. Ya hace tiempo que me estaba documentando sobre éstos y finalmente , compré una dormilonas. Muy recomendable para las que nos gustan las joyas bonitas, éticas y brillantes . Repetiré seguro!

Excelente experiencia para la compra de mis primeros pendientes de diamantes de laboratorio. Nos atendió Enrique y fue muy amable y paciente en todo momento. Pudimos probarnos todas las tallas y medidas que quisimos porque tienen mucho estoc y en todo momento nos aconsejaron muy bien en función de la armonía y estética que buscaba. Los diamantes son preciosos, montados en oro de diferentes colores y/o platino y no son pesados. Muy aconsejable para las que nos gustan las joyas bonitas y éticas . Repetiremos seguro 👍🏻✨.

Hemos pedido la cita para venir al showroom en Barcelona y todo ha sido espectacular, rápido. no podemos estar más contentos. Hemos elegido anillo de compromiso y dos anillos de boda. Hice la compra del anillo de mi prometida en Novita Diamonds Barcelona y todo el proceso lo hice online con la videollamada de asesoramiento, ya que vivimos bastante lejos de allí y puedo decir que el antes, durante y después del proceso de compra es excepcional. Incredible experience with Enrique this afternoon. Beautiful showroom here in the center of Barcelona. Enrique was so patient and gave me a lot of time to try on lots of different pieces. With Enrique’s great advice, I found the perfect ring which I’m delighted with. I will definitely return soon and would highly recommend Novita Diamonds to anyone looking for some stunning jewelry.

Amazing custom engagement ring!
Enrique and the team at Novita Diamonds were outstanding! They took great care in procuring a specific Diamond on the market, got it imported into Spain, took care of all customs duties. They then customized a gold ring with my emerald stone and a gorgeous diamond bridge. They were very communicative during all steps of the process. Would highly recommend their service.

Their sale is really flexible as you can return it for one month in case you don’t like it.
