Scam- do not buy from them

Scam- do not buy from them. I ordered a"cotton sensory swing" for my daughter and received a see through polyester rectangular piece of fabric - completely different to what's advertised and shown on picture. I be sending emails back and forth for 2 weeks, and they keep pasting the same emails offering a 15% refund despite their website stating "30 days return".

Compré un disfraz urgente para mi hija…

Compré un disfraz urgente para mi hija para una fiesta, que no encontraba en ningún sitio, y ponía que llegaba en un plazo de 24/48 h justo para la fiesta de mi hija. Para mí sorpresa llegó a los 15 días, sin disfraz para la fiesta y con 70€ menos en la cuenta. Cuando llega escribo para pedir una devolución, y me dicen que no es posible la devolución. Me quedo con un disfraz malo y feo que me costó 70€ y sin posibilidad de devolver. Estafadores .
respondo a vuestra respuesta, ya os escribi y la solucion que me disteis era que me delvovian el 30% del pedido, que es una misieria, ya que pague 70 euros por un disfraz por desesperacion que mi hija tenia una fiesta y ponia que llegaba en 24/48 h, mi sorpresa es que llego a los 15 dias y cuando decido devolverlo me dicen q me devuelven el 30% de 70 euros. para mi tengo claro que no vuelvo a comprar en la vida. y espero que la gente leea esto antes de comprar, ya que miente la web claramente sobre las devoluciones y sobre la espera de entrega

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! They refuse to provide a refund and instead offer a 10% refund or 50% "store credit" with them; NEVER again! I tried to return an item that did not fit my daughter and I got the response above.

Servizio clienti scarso...non riuscivo a recuperare la mia spedizione ci ho messo una settimana e infinite mail per capire dove fosse stato consegnato il pacco quando e numero di spedizione...molta confusione ricevute mille informazioni in contrasto tra loro

SCAM WEBSITE

Like others have stated, this company is a scam and I wish I’d found this site before I ordered!!! Received a damaged Halloween costume that was also the completely wrong size (I ordered a kid size, they sent adult) and they only offered to replace the item. I fought tooth a nail and finally got them to agree to a refund MINUS 10% as if it’s my fault in some way…still waiting on my refund confirmation. Extremely upset. Do not give them your credit card info!

Ordered a car seat for my daughter when it arrived after 3 weeks it was of really poor quality and definitely not safe after a week of trying to get hold of them to return it I finally did after trying 8 different email addresses for them once I finally got hold of them it took 37 emails to get the information needed from them to give to a delivery to return at my cost overall a really difficult return process with unhelpful replies from them

Pésima experiencia el pedido vino bien…

Pésima experiencia el pedido vino falso y la caja del pedido abierta y espachurrada . He mandado una reclamación y solo me dicen que mande videos para buscar una solución , mando video y me siguen diciendo lo mismo. No me dan solución . No volveré a comprar más en ducha tienda. El perro enviado es falso me han cobrado 50€ y me han mandado un perro de feria. Horrible experiencia y no quieren devolverme el dinero me ofrecen el 10 por ciento o comprar otra cosa en esta tienda fraudulenta.

Stesso problema evidenziato da altri (prodotto arrivato difettato e non funzionante), stessa proposta ridicola (rimborso del 10% o 50% di credito per nuovo acquisto) inviata circa 10 volte. In molti anni di acquisti on-line mai vista tanta incompetenza e incapacità (o furbizia….).

Completely Fraud seller.
I ordered on 29 Oct 2025 and got tracking number on same day unfortunately till 2 November nothing updated on tracking,Just shows processing.Since 30 Oct I followed them via email and they said order already dispatched and it’s on the way,tracking might not be updated but you don’t need to worry.Even 1st November I followed them and ask about cancel and refund they said order on the way can’t cancel and refund then I asked proof of on the way because tracking was not updated but another colleague replied me your order being process and it will updated after dispatched wtf why they lied me since 30 Oct ? And takes 4-5 Days for dispatched even they said dispatch with in 24 hr.Seriously fraud online,Please be aware.

SCAM avoid

I ordered a grain grinder and was sent a spice grinder and told it was the same thing. This may have been on me. But when it turned up it had an EU plug and I’m in AU. I complained they replied straight away to my photos and said I’d get a new one sent out free of charge. After a month and nothing showing up I sent them a follow up email. This time they said sorry but we can’t give you a new one only talking about the grinder side and not the wrong plug. This happened twice, I emailed again this time being told I should just buy an adapter. I had asked for a refund but they said this was not possible with their policy.

Do not purchase from this company

I ordered a portable fan. It arrived with no plug and a lead about 12 cm long. There is no base, feet or fixings. Instructions in Chinese. I was offered a 10% refund despite the promise of 30 day warranty. Do Not Use this company

Cheap Rubbish and unworkable Refund Policy

cheap plastic rubbish of very poor quality. Takes ages to arrive as sent direct from China. Returns policy is a complete joke. Asked me to keep the tap and get 10% refund or pay them 60euros for return postage and get 50% refund. Return address is Hong Kong which would normally cost about £15 to post to.
Very very poor.
At no point were we advised that the tap would come from China nor that it is cheap plastic material.
Pathetic

Acquistato un articolo con il presupposto che pubblicizzano eventualmente il reso entro 30 giorni se non si è soddisfatti... (Soddisfatti o Rimborsati)
Il prodotto inviato è completamente diverso da quello pubblicizzato e di scarsa qualità. Inviate più mail per richiedere il rimborso, mi rispondono che per agevolarmi e dimostrare la loro buona volontà, mi offrono il 10% di sconto del valore oppure il 50% in voucher da riusare nel loro sito per evitare complicazioni legate alla restituzione.
Ma allora la descrizione soddisfatti o rimborsati dov'è?

DO NOT BUY FROM NAVIROA ! Would rather give NO stars but that isn't an option. This rip off company out of China sent me an adult halloween costume in place of the costume I ordered for my son. With no time to exchange it through them before Halloween, I am required to go out and buy a new Halloween costume spending more time and money. Yet, this horrible company refuses to refund me unless I pay to return the incorrect item they sent me back to them in China ! This has cost me so much peace, time, and money it is unbelievable. The only time well spent at this point will be reporting them to the BBB and leaving these reviews everywhere possible. Stear clear !

Not happy

I ordered a robot dog and it was delivered broken. It was just in a plastic bag by it's self. After many emails back and forth, repeating the same emails over and over. Always different names tho. Noviroa will not give me a refund and will not replace my broken order. I am really upset, and they don't care. I would advise people to be very, very wary of this company. Please before you purchase from them google Noviroa reviews. I wish I did!
