I recently ordered a nova hair dye. After telling me it was dispatched they send me a wrong number to call stating there was a problem with the delivery my address wasn’t correct. I tried calling the number but it said cannot connect the number as wrong . If they got the gut to send me an email about wrong address they could have wrote also about the address. As a matter of fact when I ordered the address was there. They are scammers people please buy from eBay not Nova hair dye. May they be one day exposed. Scammers

Scam Charge and Zero Integrity

This company charged my card 29.99 USD without permission. I never signed up for any membership, yet they billed me anyway. Completely dishonest, shady and unprofessional.
If they do not refund me immediately, I will make sure everyone knows how this company treats customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Novahairdye started charging my credit card $29.99 per month without my authorization. No products or services were provided - only the charges. I called and they said that I was automatically enrolled in some sort of program for $29.99 per month. I asked them to please reverse the charges since I did not receive any goods or services. They refused. I asked to speak with a manager, and they also refused. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Didn’t even get the right color.

Charged my account multiple times. Thankfully, I caught it. I had to contact my credit card company and reverse the charges.

They are selling fake products I purchased from them but quality is rubbish not even working STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Chinese product and fake. Not even registered in the UAE. Never buy from them. No return. Cheaters. I will report them to the police.
