Got my custom pad built with TMR sticks, clicky triggers/bumpers/dpad. Well worth the wait times. Was kept informed of build start, test start and shipping timelines.

Encountered a minor niggle with the sticks (technology sometimes does fail), dropped Lee a note and got a response almost instantly and a phone call too. Who even does that anymore these days!! More than accommodating to advise on the calibration side of things, plus the willingness to rectify the issue as well. Excellent customer service from Lee - second to none. If you’re on the fence about using Nova, hopefully my experience with the company will help with your decision.

I mailed in 3 ps5 controllers to have the sticks replaced with hall effect sticks. There were slight delays but they were very communicative about it and responded quickly to customer service messages. The new sticks work perfectly, no drift at all. A tip if you're shipping controllers from the US, the post office wouldn't let me mail them until I manually removed the batteries. It's a bit of a process but it's not too bad if you follow a tutorial.

Great customer service, ordered the TMR's on my Dual sense Edge and also got rumbles removed which made it a lot lighter. would recommend!

I ordered a custom controller xbox elite 2. With tmr adjustable tension and all the extras. A friend of mine recommended nova and I wasn't disappointed it took a little time for the controller to reach me but I always kept informed all the way of the process and the best thing about it all is I could watch it being built on ticktock which is always a bonus. I received it and it was perfect, exactly what I wanted.I would definitely use these again in the future

I sent in 4 controllers, one needed a fix and 3 PS5 pro controllers for TMR K silver upgrades, it’s safe to say my friends and I all love them, couldn’t be happier with how they have turned out and would highly recommend Nova to anyone for good prices and great customer service, legend!

Sent my controller in with stick drift issue.
I paid for the hall effect tmr sticks so this should not get stick drift ever again.
Lifetime warranty aswell what a guy to offer lifetime warranty so if they do ever get drift just send it bsck and it be sorted under warranty

I sent my ps5 controller to Nova Controllers Mods & Repairs for modifications and was amazed and over the moon with the results. I had asked for Nova to do the the following mods: tmr module analog sticks, mouse click bumpers & triggers, classic ps5 logo home button, Matt black face buttons and dpad with a Matt black touch pad along with a black rear controller shell, interchangeable thumb sticks and two rear mappable back paddles. Nova went out there way and above and beyond with my build and actually helped me with all my questions and gave me great advice on and with my build to the point, Nova upgraded my classic ps5 logo home button that I had asked for to the 30th anniversary home button as I liked that colour more which wasn’t an option on the website and only came with the 30th anniversary build but after asking Nova they looked in the goodies had one spare and upgraded it for me which I was very grateful for and they then also recommended that my face buttons and dpad would probably look better in the classic PlayStation colour way rather than Matt black to match the home button which I’m glad I went with on there advice. Nova also upgraded my interchangeable thumb sticks to white interchangeable concave and convex different hight interchangeable thumb sticks and advised it would match my colour way nicely and then to finish it off right at the end of the doing my build Nova upgraded my bumpers to white bumpers to also match the colour way of my build. To then top it off Nova made my controller a one off one of a kind and first of its kind hybrid controller by not only adding two rear mapped paddles but also added two synergy mapped buttons instead of the normal four mapped paddles. I can’t thank Nova controllers enough for my amazing modifications and upgrades on my build and how responsive they were with all my questions and to make it even better Nova messaged and emailed me to let me know they was doing my build on there TikTok live which was an epic watch.

I fully recommend Nova Controllers, Modifications & Repairs for all your controller needs and wants and in my personal opinion they are the best in the game and I rate them more than your bigger controller companies by far. Please go and watch there TikTok lives and give them a follow and share and you will see that there level of perfection and detail to work is unmatched and speaks for itself. Go get your controllers done now people you won’t regret it. If you do take my advise go on there website and TikTok you will see my amazing white and black build with a touch of classic PlayStation accents!!!

I still haven’t received my order. It’s been over a month…Need to inform customers that order will take at least 3 weeks before order will be shipped and another month for delivery. For the price I paid I hope this wait is worth it.

I sent in a generation 2, PS5 controller under the standard send service. Opting for installation of TMR modules, adjustable/removable Thumbsticks and clicky Triggers and bumpers.

On first impressions the thumbstick modules feel very smooth and highly accurate. Playing COD and other FPS games feels responsive and greatly improved over using a standard unmodded controller. Shooting single shot weapons like pistols and shotguns with the clicky triggers feels very quick and satisfying offering big advantages to winning gun battles.
The adjustable stick modules mean I no longer have to use third party extensions to achieve the same level of dexterity and accuracy.
My only regret is not opting for the additional back paddle mods.

The tmr sticks are mad responsive, no stick drift after I purchased the tmr stick modules. Very quick and reliable service and would come back again in the future.
