I ordered a medium ladies top for my partner, who is typically a size 10 to 12. The website clearly states the medium is 12 to 14 - which I felt was ideal for either a perfect or oversize fit, reducing any risk of return.

When it arrived, the top was so tight we had to return it. My frustration is, we were charged £5 to return the item - even though the reason for the return was as a result of inaccurate and false sizes displayed on the website.

I feel it's a disgrace to charge fans for returns due to sizing of clothes, when most retailers do not. But it was particularly annoying due to the fact that the sizes are completely wrong.

We ended up with a large which is listed as size UK 16 to 18 - there's no chance this would ever fit someone size 16 to 18, given it is a snug fit on my partner who is a size 10 to 12.

Forest need to stop ripping their fans off, and they need to sort out their sizing on their website.

It is an absolute joke.

I ordered two Items nearly two weeks ago I have had to contact them on the day it was supposed to be delivered to find out why it hasn't been despatched, only to be told they can't find one of the items.
They sent part of the order only for it to go missing and now they are not getting back to me about a refund

I use this online shop at least once a year. Deliveries are ok (although slow). What I find frustrating is constantly having to chase up refunds for returns. This time is no different. I kept two items and returned one. I can see my return was delivered, signed for and accepted back two weeks ago, so where is my refund? There is no excuse for keeping hold of your customers money.

Just ordered a goalkeeper top on the 5th December, payment has been taken off my card, but I have had no order confirmation and they cannot find the order. I now need to go into store and see if I can get it on Saturday just before Christmas.

Ordered two items that said was in stock online . For delivery the next day. Nothing arrived. No communication off anyone . Then a week later I get a refund for one item . Even though they never told me they were doing this. So left me shopping around before Xmas . Still chasing the other item for another week and then today a refund appears in my bank . With absolutely no communication. Rubbish customer service . Easier to just go and buy in the shop as online they are useless. I asked for phone back but totally ignored

I have been waiting two and a half weeks for a shirt and socks which were in stock when I ordered. I am amazed it has taken so long and still the order has not arrived. It's not the way a megastore for a supposedly elite football club should be run.

The premises were nice and clean , but one thing stood out, a guy called Gavin, absolute credit to your club, extremely professional and very polite.
Always checking up to make sure we had everything required.
Great guy.

Not for me. Watched them play Rotherham and it finished 0-0. Could have put me off football for life. Lucky I haven’t watch them play live again.

Courier or Forest shop claim my item was damaged beyond repair 3 weeks after ordering . I suspect theft as the trainers were limited edition and now selling online for an inflated figure. Disgrace

You'll be lucky to get a quarter of the things you order, in my experience. Orders just disappear or are terminated without notice.

Great club, awful shop. Use at your peril.

Have ordered twice from this store now. The first time the item was out of stock even though the sale went through. I had to contact them to ask where my delivery was only to be informed there was an issue with the stock room and they’d refund me the amount. Then I ordered goalkeeper gloves which arrived with a hole in the finger. I contacted customer service and was told that I needed to complete a form, print it and send it with the package and that my refund would be completed in 14 days. Very unhappy with the quality of items and from customer care.

Forest sweater nearly £40, most Ive ever spent on a jumper! Supporter since 1970. STITCHING FAULTY hole under arm. Said I had to package and take to post office (My time and effort!) I explained that I cannot access P.O. I suggested they set up a home collection (at their cost) convenient to me as it is their responsibility. This was not a mis-order but just poor quality product. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER CARE. They could easily have made me happy and I may have given a glowing review and spent more money.

Rubbish Never received anything and requested a refund

Don’t buy online, the customer after care is slow long winded and not very helpful and using Evri as your courier is a huge mistake imo. I emailed them online to be told I had to contact Evri ? When you can’t even get through to them, I’m sure the online team must have a quicker way of getting hold of Evri rather than let the customer do all the chasing around and not be able to get hold of a human. It’s either automated silly machines or emails now days what on earth is going on ?

Arrived in 3 days over Christmas and New year, very speedy delivery good quality as expected.

Ordered on the online shop on 25th November plenty time for Xmas and still saying unfulfilled messaged them couple times them telling me it’s waiting to be collected to be dispatched this was 10th Dec and still saying unfulfilled now my messages are being viewed but they are not responding but still have my £160 let alone another order placed on behalf of my uncle after my order that’s still also unfulfilled

Ordered a hat from the online store in plenty of time for my brother's birthday. Got a message from the delivery service a few days later saying they had it . Then nothing. I contacted the online shop who said it was 'out of stock'. When I said the courier did say they had it they said they 'would investigate'. I sent five further emails over the next few weeks but didn't get a reply. During this time the hat appeared in stock online, and at a reduced price. I wrote again pointing this out. I was ignored. Eventually (after writing again) they didn't address the fact it had come back in stock , was now a lower price and clearly no investigation carried out, They said it was out of stock and didn't know when it was coming in again. But I could 'get a refund then choose something else from the store'. Errrrr no thank you - you are a rubbish retailer, Give me my money back.

Visited store today , was very busy needed buy personised gift for son Sam sale assistant was truly amazing help me process new key ring x cup machine after paying was directed to lovely helpful lady molly thanks guys you made my day

I called into the NFFC Megastore on the morning of 24th August, day of first Home Game of the new season. Obviously really busy and have to say how amazing, friendly and helpful the staff were. In particular, Bert was fab and helped me with everything I needed. A huge Shout Out! to the store and the team, such a credit to NFFC. You Reds!!!!!
