Ordered a pair of wales bonner sambas for my partner on the 17th December order 1517 .
Sent multiple emails and still no response or update on where these are, or if they are even coming . I’m absolutely gutted £210 down drain saved up to get them for his present and still nothing :( I’ve had to open up a dispute with my bank so hopefully can get the money back . It’s honestly disgusting! Avoid this site at all costs .

I ordered a pair of Uggs on the 20th December! Order #1540z I have emailed the company on several occasions with absolutely no correspondence from them… no contact number to ring and obviously no customer service department! I paid £189.99 for these shoes and I think it is absolutely shocking that they have not arrived! On their website it says 3-4 delivery this is obviously not the case! If my shoes aren’t going to be delivered I want a refund!

Do not buy anything of these clowns they are an embarrassment ordered some trainers on the 13th December for a Christmas present I haven't had 1 email or contact from these saying what's happening I ordered through PayPal and just got my refund today disgusting way to run a business jokers....

SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF PROBLEMS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order on 07/12 for Ugg boots for my young daughter's Christmas present. It stated on their site that they had them in stock with 3-5 day delivery time.

You won't be shocked to hear that they have never arrived and no money refunded.

I contacted my bank to raise a dispute for the sum of nearly £200. Then out of the blue someone called Aaron called me a few days before Christmas. I asked for the order to be refunded since it had not materialised and he agreed that he would organise this, he even sent me a screen shot (although it was for the wrong amount so straight away I knew he was lying to me). My bank have also confirmed that they have had no response from them.

I asked Aaron on the phone why are they doing this to people who might not have money to get gifts for their children if they don't refund people their money. He came across apologetic but obviously didn't mean a word of it.

I have attempted to contact them many times and nothing. Just do the right thing and give people their money back.

I’m trying to return an order which, to be fair, was ordered before Christmas and arrived on time, however, I’ve now emailed “customer support” 3 times and had no response. I hate complaining on here but hoping it might get seen and someone will help with my request 🙏🏼.

Unlike lots of other reviews, I had a very positive experience with this company. I received the trainers I ordered for my sons Christmas within a few days of ordering. He is delighted with them. I then got a phone call a few days later from someone at customer services to ask if I had received them. Overall, very happy with the service, thank you.

Update 13/01/2024; Still I have not received any response from them, so I will now take this to the bank and file a court case, in unlawful Trading law. I will be giving you till the end of the weekend to have a response on my Order 1547 (waiting for a refund) if not I will proceed with my claim.

Ordered the item on December and not been given any update apart from getting a refund a few days ago which I have not received. I will be taking legal action against this company, I will not hesitate to take this to court. Given how almost 99% of the customers are suffering from the same thing, Id expect some sort of communication yet nothing. So ill see you soon

still waiting on my Sons xmas present i ordered on 17th dec. firstly i paid for m a 3-5 delivery so queried this.. they did come back to me saying it’s a 5-7 day delivery and they would be here 28/29 of course i’m still waiting! no response since! i have now asked to cancel the order. disappointed Son is a understatement !
they have now however contacted me saying they have had to source a 2nd pair. we shall see if they arrive

I’m not one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but having placed an order of expensive trainers on 17/12/23 for my sons Xmas present which were shown to be in stock & delivery 3-5 days, I still have no trainers or response to numerous emails/Instagram messages so I’ll have to resort to contacting my bank to get my money back…unpleasant, time wasting experience, avoid!!

updating my previous review. they offered us a refund as they “couldn’t source what we have ordered” so we ask for a full refund of the money paid. NO RESPONSE. then on the 03/01/2024 apparently receive tracking details for this parcel. the parcel has been delivered no where near our adress. please be careful. they have sent us the tracking of a random parcel which is not ours.

*** UPDATE*** After a couple of weeks of emailing and using the LIVE chat, I finally got a response from Aaron who was very apologetic and offered to send my order out with 24 hour delivery with Royal Mail or a full refund. I asked for the item which did come the following day with Aaron offering a small refund as way of apology. I've thanked Aaron and given him my feedback that communication and managing customer's expectations seems to be the real problem here. In the end, it all came good but took some effort and worry. Aaron did say that more staff were being taken on to deal with workloads so hopefully this will change things for the best ***Dreadful company to deal with. Like so many others on here, I'm awaiting a response to many emails, social media posts and absolutely nothing. My credit card company are involved now. I'm not actually convinced that the item I've ordered is even in stock. I would give zero stars if I could. A response would be suffice... If the item is on the way then fine but just flipping respond!!!

Hi I ordered a pair of trainers on 20/12/23 off this website getting told between 3-5days coz it was over Christmas period I would expect a delay but I've email the customer and no response I've left private chat and no response I've had no information on my item or it's delivery date. Told there's tracking information but when tried to look it up just brings you back to home page . . . . . . If the item is going to be late that's fine but need to give feed back

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. Have taken my money but never received trainers. No replies to my emails or live chats. No tracking.
Not legit website have kept my money and I have lost out

Ordered a pair of trainers as a Christmas present on 27th November. Items show in stock!! Suppose to have shipped 19th December 24h Royal Mail. No tracking number provided and still NOT received. I am fuming 😡. Please do not use this company! I have been emailing them and since despatch there has been no communication. God knows if I will ever get these shoes!

Order a pair of shoes £299.00 as Christmas present for my daughter on 13th December, no tracking was provided, no answers to my email, the shoes were not received prior to Christmas, the cherry on the Cake, THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELED ON 27TH December, checking the website the shoes are still available but the price is almost £400.., Just not a serious shop

3rd review- Not on the shelf contacted me on Wed 3rd Jan to apologies for the delay and advise they had sourced one of the pair of trainers and would be with me in the next couple of days, I received them the following day and daughter is made up with them. NOTS advised they were still trying to get the 2nd pair and if I didn’t want to wait any longer I could cancel the order and have refund, choose the refund and could see the money pending on my credit card by Friday, checked again this morning and refund processed in full. Bad reviews previously down to lack of communication and the fact high price items, however if I had known trainers not actually in stock and how company works perhaps would have ordered earlier and not worried so much over Xmas. Products good, patience needed on customers side but better communication also required. I would order again from NOTS but will allow plenty of time before goods required.

Update- have now tried to email company several times to chase order as well as message through the tracking app and still no response or update, I would avoid ordering anything from this website

Placed two orders at the beginning of Dec, received email confirming order received but no delivery date, followed up on the 13th Dec asking for a delivery and explaining Christmas presents, received a reply stating would be dispatched in 1-2 days, it is now the 23rd Dec and no trainers have arrived. I chased again on the 21st Dec but not received a response, order shows mark delivered, questioned what this means as definitely nothing has been delivered. Two pairs of very expensive trainers missing in action, leaving upset teenagers with no Christmas presents. Gutted
