I also needed help returning an item outside the normal return window after missing the 30-day deadline while I was away on holiday. Their team responded quickly, were very helpful, and sorted everything out for me.

Generally satisfied with the pants, but after a light wash, I discovered a big hole in the pocket, with caused me to drop my phone...
Otherwise the pants is okay.

Love this brand! Super cool aesthetic on socials and so on, but it's all about the product right? Well this brand lives up to that! Excellent cut, fabrics and design.
I bought some great pieces for the gym and they've washed time and time again and remain the same quality.
I also have some of the regular clothing. The sweatshirt is super soft, and has kept its shape after washing.
Can't say enouhg great things.

Jeans did not fit twice after return and Change of size. Obviously “B” quality Jean for full size. They also don’t have free return for misfit. It costs 5€. Very unusual.

Regarding returns, we try to be as transparent as possible: exchanges are free, but returns aren’t, as clearly stated in our returns policy. That said, we offer a discounted return label, which are significantly lower than what most carriers charge if you ship it back yourself.

I ordered one size too small and the site unfortunately didn’t let me exchange the order. There was an option to exchange it for store credit, but then I had to pay extra to buy the same product. Luckily Sam from Nothings Something quickly came with a solution; they sent me a retour label and a brand new pants without hesitation. Great customer service, thank you again!

I have ordered trousers and quater zip 2.12 and got the order confirmation also. No updates on the order after this, no info that they will be late because of the black friday. Sent them email to ask about my order and havent got response yet, so 13 days waiting and still going.
Please inform your customers if you can not keep the promises on your wesite. Telling nothing is not good damage control when dealing with too big pile of orders to send.

Missing refund and no customer service
I ordered two sets of jeans and received them Oct 27.
Same models in same sizes but different colors. Fit was very different, so I had to return one pair.
Return initiated Oct 29.
Wrote e-mail to them Dec 10 as I have heard nothing regarding the return package and refund.
No answer.
Have written them again Dec 12.
So far I can not recommend dealing with this company

Ancien commentaire : J'ai passé une commande directement depuis le site pour l'achat d'un pantalon Socrates, en payant FEDEX fast delivery pour obtenir le pantalon à temps pour un événement.
J'ai reçu une confirmation de commande. Mon compte a été débité. Et puis plus rien.

I’ve been excited about receiving my order after finding a company that could really solve my problem of not being able to find trousers that fit my build and height. A lot of reviews raving about these.
Unfortunately, I’ve not even had the chance to try them, as I’ve had zero correspondence for over a week even though it states 2-4 days delivery. I’ve emailed a number of times without any response.
I’m genuinely gutted, as I had high hopes.

Really bad experience with this site. I ordered a suit the 1. December. The money was immediately withdrawn from my bank account, and I have still not heard anything from them. They said that the order would be delivered within 2-4 business days, and now the 8. December, and still no new information. I have tried to contact the company, but without any responses. I would not recommend anyone buying from this site.
