NSIP has been an important fixture in the games and animation casting space since they arrived nearly a decade ago, giving resources and guidance to new actors and connecting them with very successful projects at different levels of the industry. Reece is a very friendly and determined person with a great mind for writing and direction. Highly recommended for demo reel script writing and direction for a tailor made script that matches your specific strengths.
No Studio In Particular always goes above and beyond. In both their coaching and workshops, Reece creates a safe and comfortable space where every actor is encouraged to be curious, playful, and bold. The first time I ever took a workshop with them, I arrived feeling nervous (as I usually do in a new space with new people) and left smiling ear to ear, feeling proud and inspired. Truly one of my favorite workshops to date. After that experience, I knew I wanted Reece to help me with my demos. They reviewed my animation demo, made thoughtful and detailed notes, and wrote multiple new spots to replace the old ones that were lacking. Then they coached me while recording those new spots in a live directed session. This demo has been listened to by many industry decision makers in an international VO conference and everyone loved it! Seriously couldn't recommend NSIP's services enough. <3

I've known the folks at NSIP for ages, and I've never had a complaint. For casting, classes, demo scripts, they've got it all.
I've taken some coaching sessions and workshops with Reece and they always offer great insight and deep writing knowledge that offers new perspectives based on small hints in the scripts.
They're kind, encouraging and really know their stuff.
I've also ran workshops along side Reece, and they're wonderful to bounce off and very respectful with taking turns and complementing and adding to what has been said :)
I recently took a workshop with NSIP, and, despite my tendency of high skepticism towards these things, couldn’t have been more happy that I did. Every factor compiled together to make for an excellent experience including accessibility, communication, content quality, and more. Reece and Sarah both are absolutely lovely people and have oodles of experience, which allowed them to cover a wide range of talent with level appropriate information. A big plus too is the commitment to actor safety—enough said there.
I sat here mulling over what could possibly have been a negative, or something to watch out for, but I’m drawing blanks. A genuinely deserved 5 star time.
