We booked the Duxford Air Museum flight experience and it was an absolutely amazing day from start to finish!
We took off from North Weald in a 4 seater Cessna and flew to Duxford where we had around 1.5 hours to explore the museums. Learning so much about World War II history was fascinating and made the visit even more worthwhile.
On the flight back to North Weald my partner was given the opportunity to take control and fly the aircraft for a short time before our excellent flight instructor took back control for the landing.
A wonderful day made even more special by Scott, our Flight Instructor. He put 100% effort into whole experience, pointing out landmarks below, sharing interesting and informative insights about flying the aircraft and providing plenty of encouragement throughout. His professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach made the day unforgettable.
We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something unique and memorable!

Fantastic experience flight and it would be a 5 star if the pilot hadn’t been late but overall good fun and not bad value. Planes look old but once you’re in them they are clearly well maintained.
