Great customer support. I ordered a NoblePro treadmill from North Sports and the subsequent customer support was brilliant. Unfortunately, Noble Pro were not great at dispatching and delivering the item, but North Sports did all they could to chase them and make it happen, even offering a goodwill gesture even though it wasn’t their issue that caused a delay of around a week.
AVOID! PURCHASED A BIKE A WEEKS AGO AND NOT RECEIVED ANY DISPATCH TRACKING INFORMATION, HAD TO REQUEST A REFUND AND MISSED THE PLANNED CYCLING TRIP! HOW DISSAPOINTING!

We are sorry that the supplier delay meant your bike was not available in time for your planned cycling trip.
Your order included a complimentary full assembly, and we remained in contact with the distributor while awaiting confirmed stock and dispatch information. Once we were advised that the bike was temporarily out of stock, we offered you the option to wait for the incoming stock or cancel the order for a full refund.
When you confirmed that you wished to cancel, your order was cancelled and the full £389.99 refund was processed to your original payment method immediately.
We appreciate that the delay was disappointing and regret that we were unable to complete your order on this occasion.

I ordered a Polar heart rate monitor on 26 May 2026. It is now the 29 June 2026 and it has not arrived. I’ve messaged the support team via their website on two occasions and also emailed on 3 occasions without getting anything back. The lack of a telephone contact number is poor. There could be an explanation but they have not had the courtesy of contacting me to let me know what has happened and what they will do. I’ve now asked for a refund. I don’t think I’ve had worse customer service from any company in the last 5 years.

we have a good relationship and always been well locked after, spot on.
Absolutely shocking experience. Bought some gels and electrolytes online from them. I was trying to track it on shop app but after a week there was no update. I emailed to question what was going on and they said that because it was a big order, they had to wait for some more stock to come in (I bought 60 gels and a pack of carb electrolyte mix) and that they would send my order to me the next day. I then waited another week and emailed again questioning what was going on and they said it had got lost in the post. I am still waiting for these gels now and they said they would resend the order tomorrow. It has been almost 3 weeks since my original order, don't buy from North Sports if your in a hurry!

Thank you for your review. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience with this order was frustrating and that it took longer than expected to reach you.
Your order included a larger quantity of gels and electrolytes, and we had to wait for additional stock to arrive before dispatching it. Once the order was sent, Royal Mail unfortunately lost the parcel within their network, which caused a further delay. We completely understand how disappointing this would have been, especially when you were waiting on nutrition products for an event.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a replacement order to be sent out, and we can see that this was successfully delivered on Wednesday 10th June. We have also tried to contact you directly by phone and email to follow up and make sure everything was resolved for you, however we appreciate you were busy.
While the Royal Mail issue was outside of our direct control, we fully accept that the communication and overall experience should have been better. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate stock delays and delivery issues going forward.

Ordered some Precision Gels ready for the London Marathon. The website was really easy to use, and delivery was super fast. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.
Brilliant communication. They couldn't fulfill my order for Christmas and offered a full refund or a generous store credit. Being in no rush I took the store credit.
Stock replenishment was slow, but wasn't an issue for me. I am very pleased with my GoPro items. A genuine honest and trustworthy company. That has been my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. 5 stars.
