I bought a NS-300WB solar evacuated tube hot water system from North Solar. They were very knowledgeable about hot water systems, great to deal with and excellent prices. Very happy with both the product and the service.

Very attentive service. This is so important when dealing with remote technology solutions. Thank you Andrew.

The supplier responded to my questions quickly, and the service was very good, with the evacuated glass tubes being delivered from Melb to Newcastle within 3 days from placing of the order. The supplier even went to the trouble to make up a special timber pallet to ensure safe freighting of the tubes. I can highly recommend this supplier and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Just received our hot water system ex Melbourne to rural WA, shipped under 2 weeks in Covid times & most of all intact. Big shout out to Cooper for the packaging in protecting the system over 3000 road k's. Later, Scott (Lowden 6240).
