Ordered some parts from them about a month ago. I needed to return some of the items and here I am a month later and no refund but they've had the parts for 2 weeks now. Customer service could also use a lot of help.

Northridge support has been very satisfactory. In fact, I would rate it outstanding were it not for a problem with one issue on a very expensive part...yet to be resolved. Well I guess it's resolved through my additional expense and time. My orders throughout Nov-Dec 2024 for my 2021 Jeep JL include the following Synergy Suspension items: Drag Link Assy, Tie Rod Assy, Track Bar Assy, Sector Shaft Brace, Relocation bolt and various Synergy suspense accessories. Recently, I ordered two tie rod ends to repair the Tie Rod Assy when I did not receive a response regarding the failure. That was an additional $136! I could not request a return for the Tie Rod Assy as I had pressed out/re-installed the Tie Rod twice trying to resolve the issue so the rubber bushings were not in good shape and I'm certain Northridge would have rejected my claim.

Customer support (with the exception of the Synergy Toe Rod Assy failure issue) has been excellent. Email response timely (except the Synergy issue), telephone contact excellent, shipping updates excellent, order processing excellent, product quality excellent (except the tie rod assembly). Finally, I've researched all the major companies for Synergy component shipping rates to Hawaii and no one comes close to Northridge 4X4...they have the best rates! Amazon.com Prime is N/A--they do not stock any Synergy items I required.

I've been searching for a front bumper for my jeep wrangler for a long time, but can never find a decently priced good one in Canada. So i reached out to Northridge 4x4, they have closed down their Canada store but Marcell is in Canada still and he helps us Canadians since Northridge 4x4 is now just a US company. he was such an amazing help! He assisted me get a better price for my bumper&bull bar understanding that the conversion rate for US to CAD isn't the greatest. i will shop here again in the future thanks to Marcell. I ordered my items on Nov 18, and they arrived at my door on Nov 21. if you want quality service, he's your guy!!

Ordered a set of Morimoto 4banger lights from Northridge 4x4. Photo advertising the lights shows them on brackets, all photos show them on brackets. Website indicated “1 left”. Got the lights and THEY DIDN’T COME WITH BRACKETS!!! Looked back at the page and at the very bottom (three screens down on an iPhone) it reads that they don’t come with the brackets. Given the photos, it is a reasonable assumption that you get the brackets with the lights.

Also, when I looked at the website for more information, the price is $57 less than what I paid and it reads “1 left”. My order was about a week ago.

Now, I have to order the brackets from another store and pay for shipping.

I will NEVER order anything from Northridge again!

Stay away from this company.
On March 19th bought a set of 2.5” rock krawler springs for my jeep wrangler, after install, it gave me a 4.5” of lift which is the double of what it was advertised, after connecting them, they refused to take the item back because it was already installed, I opened a case with PayPal, it took nearly 2 months for the case to resolve and they decided to accept the return for full refund once they receive the item back if I ship it on my dime. So I shipped it back, costed me a $177 to ship, they received the item on April 25th, and today it’s May 6th and I’m still waiting on my refund 😡😡😡
I will never ever buy anything from these clowns nor from Rock krawler.
Horrible horrible people.

I had been a loyal customer $$$ , until what I believed was a return scam occurred.
I returned an expensive part $
they claimed had a chip
they claimed they left a message of no refund
I was unable to answer do to work and family tragedy and they DISPOSED OF THE PART ( threw away)
this means some worker might have pocketed a in demand part claimed It was damaged on delivery.
Sad but Quadratic and others will benefit
others beware cheap is not better

One of the most garbage disposal place to ever waste your money on. I would rather die before I ever give this place my money ever again. Thank you for your garbage customer service

I've shopped here for a little over a decade. Starting with my JKU to my Gladiator. They often have some of the best prices.
Customer service can be a hit or miss. They're mainly a hit. But there have been a few instances where they've given my incorrect info and I've had to take a partial lost on fees and time.
And even before the pandemic, they we're always up front about timing.
And for some reason, the reviews disappear off their webpage.
Other than those small gripes, they are a great, usually reliable, source of parts for the jeep.

Horrible service and knowledge of Jeeps at Northridge 4x4.

They sold me a Full Length JL roof rack that was, according to their website, a “confirmed fit” for my 2022 JL with a factory option one touch power top. Neither the manufacturer or Northridge 4x4 mentioned anything excluding this factory option top.

When I attempt to return, they want to charge me over $350 for return shipping for THEIR ERROR.

Stay away, they are worse then eBay!!!

I have purchased off them a few times already and nothing but a great experience. Always the best prices and ship fast.

This company is absolutely terrible. They have inadequate staff, management and customer service! We bought over 11k in products from this company and had issues with them not sending the correct products, no hardware, bolts, brackets etc. They admitted their warehouse is inadequate and made a mistake but refuse to send the missing parts needed. We have gone back and forth (emails and phone calls) with the company and even the owner with no results, they do not care about their customers at all. We had to file disputes, this company is a waste of your time. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE SO YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! This company is a JOKE!

When a retailer (Northridge 4x4 out of Ponoka) is only concerned with the sale & passes on accountability for their error leaving the customer to deal with the consequences

Facts: parts ordered 3 weeks ago. Paid in full jeep sitting on hoist at a shop as per delivery schedule.

1. John: Hello the shipping address is incorrect I provided you with my mechanic shop address. Delivered to wrong address.  Thursday 8pm FIRST FAIL.

Northridge; Hello John

I am very sorry for this mistake. It seems there is an error in my system. The order was made correctly but when it was time to ship for some reason the system shipped to your billing address in error. Did you want me to have it picked up at the UFA address today and shipped out to the correct address we have on the original order confirmation?

2. Follow up phone call Friday 9am. We are looking into the issue. 2nd call within 30min. We will call FedEx, have it picked up reshipped arrivenext week. John: can you not have a local courier pick up and ship same day as the error is on your end, jeep is on hoist shop waiting? No sorry thats the best we can do. SECOND FAIL!

3. Northridge:

I have requested FedEx to pick up this package for you. They will not be able to pick it up today however as it is to late in the day. Their pick up cutoff in my system is 11am it seems. FedEx will pick up this package on Monday and it should be delivered to Stonehammer Diesel on Tuesday of next week.

John: phone call, advising jeep is on hoist, waiting for next week pick up then deliver later in the week not an option. As this is clearly a Northridge error I can contact a same day courier and have you work with them? No this is all we can do (OR WILL DO? THIRD FAIL)

Amazing when a merchant has 3 opportunities to take responsibility and walks away from it. Receive great service when you are paying (as a customer having spent thousands)... I'll let consumers decide if they value a merchant like this?

They have the best prices and usually there's no problems. And if there is a problem, they usually fix it. They used to have an problem with sales telling you your item is on the way when it hasn't even left the manufacturer, but they've update they web page to show items in stock.
Their web site user page is still broken and don't show user reviews.
