What a service! 5 hours - 2 exceptionally knowledgeable surveyors, who then explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Very thorough survey inside and out, details I would never have known about or even thought about checking. The survey was very reasonable price and will have saved me thousands down the line, by being identified now.

Extremely professional and friendly service from Paul and Simon who spent a full day throughly inspecting our new house. Every corner was inspected and great information given along the way. Debrief meeting was concise and detailed and information given as to the next part of the process. Report received very timely, very detailed and with pictures to support and aid when discussing with site manager on 7 day snagging meeting. Fantastic service delivered by Paul and Simon. A thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of my new build completed. Although I have not yet received the written report, I was taken talked through and shown the key findings, and the one pressing issue was flagged immediately so I could raise this with my developer to be resolved. I would thoroughly recommend.

A thoroughly professional service from two highly qualified and knowledgeable really nice guys. Turned up at 10:00am as agreed and didn’t leave until 5pm - no stone left unturned and a 100 page comprehensive report followed soon after.
