Het blijkt onmogelijk om het bestelde te retourneren. Iedere vraag om juiste informatie over de retour procedure of een retour adres wordt omzeilt. Heel vervelend.

FINGER WEG von diesem Unternehmen. Ich bin leider drauf reingefallen, Habe ein Navi mit falschen Zubehör geliefert bekommen. Reklamation sinnlos, es wird auf Fragen nicht geantwortet, es wird keine Rechnung ausgestellt auch nicht bei Urgenz. Leide habe ich das selbe Gerät bei einem Ö Anbieter zu spät gesehen, um 60 % billiger. Ich orte hier eine reine Betrugsfirma, man kann auch nichts zurücksenden, da es nirgendwo ein Impressum oder eine Absendeadresse gibt, sie wird auch nicht bekanntgegeben. Wenn man in den Rücksendebedingungen vorher gelesen hätte, würde man dort nie bestellen, reiner Betrug!

Dit zijn oplichters, trap er niet in, alles komt uit China!! Lynor home is hetzelfde bedrijf. Je wordt gewoon opgelicht, betaal de hoofdprijs voor goedkope troep!
Finger weg. Zahlung geht nach Hong Kong. China-Schrott kann man kaum zurücksenden. Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen gibt es nicht, nur mit Callcentren. Von dort gibt es nur vorgefertigte Antworten.
Ware am 9.2.26 bestellt und Bestellung von Norevia am 9.2.26 bestätigt. Lieferzeit lt. HP sind 1 bis 3 Tage. Am 10.2. Mitteilung erhalten das Ware bezahlt ist (durch Klarna). Am 14.2. und 19.2.26 bei Norevia reklamiert das Ware noch immer nicht erhalten. Keine Antwort erhalten. Mittlerweile Klarna informiert das die Ware nicht geliefert wurde.
Ich bin davon ausgegangen das Klarna den Shop geprüft hat wenn Zahlung an Klarna nach 30 Tagen möglich ist.
Mal schauen was Klarna erreicht.
Nochmals würde ich da nicht bestellen.

Ware nie erhalten. Heute hat Klarna die Bestellung storniert und die Belastung ausgebucht.
Also ich habe keine gute Erfahrung mit dieser Firma:
Am 14.02.2026, 19.07 Uhr Ware bestellt (Bestellung Nr. #VIADE69151).
Am 15.02.2026, 05.35 Uhr: Bestellung widerrufen (Storno) - also 10 Std. 22 Minuten.

Die Stornierung der Bestellung mehrmals urgiert - doch bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt keine Reaktion von NOREVIA.
Da diese Firma sonst nicht erreichbar ist - auch nicht telefonisch, bin ich hilflos.
Daher bezweifle ich die Seriosität von NOREVIA.
