Kel was a great guide and very informative. The lights were incredible tonight and fantastic memories made. We move onwards - back stronger.

We had the opportunity to visit the Golden Circle tour, one of the most wonderful experience, our guide and driver were really great, they took us through some of Iceland’s most stunning places they provided us all the information and knowledge about each place, their enthusiasm made our journey even more enjoyable I totally recommend it!

Kel made the experience for us. We were only in Iceland for a short time. And on our first tour we didn't get to see the lights. He told us to reach out to Nordur for a retry 2 days later. That day he remembered us and that we were leaving the following day, so when we finally got to see the lights, which for me was a bucket list item, he took us first to get our pictures taken. Honestly one of the best tours I'd taken. Would definitely recommend!

Experiencia increíble, debido a las condiciones meteorológicas tuvimos que hacer un segundo intento, y en ambas ocasiones el guía hizo todo lo posible porque lo viéramos, y lo consiguió! El guía (Kel) se preocupó de hablar en todo momento en ambos idiomas e hizo que el grupo estuviera muy cómodo. Y la musica para el camino en busca de auroras muy acertada ☺️

Brilliant trip. Our guide Kel was patient, very informative and very knowledgeable. He explained they had a difficult week due to cloud cover but we were very fortunate to see the Northern lights. Difficult conditions but lucky to see the aurora. Hot chocolate and cookies were a very welcome touch. Transport fantastic.

We had a great time touring the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Roger did a great job navigating us from place to place, explaining the geography, local lore and stories, infused with a touch of humor along the way. We visited each site at a leisurely pace, allowing us to experience a bit of the magic in each area, while still getting to see a variety of spots throughout the day. Our 12 year old was particularly amused when Roger introduced him to fermented shark at one of our stops, but advised him not to open it until he was home, which turned out to be hilarious.

Amazing! Can not fault anything…we were extremely lucky and saw the lights for hours…

Overall it was a very good experience. Cal, our tour guide was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. Even on a cloudy, overcast day we were able to see the lights very well.

First time going to see the northern lights. Anazing experience. Kel is a very kind happy man. Handed out biscuits and hot chocolate after a while of being out in the cold. He has a good music taste too.!

El guía no estaba preocupado por buscar auroras, era una noche difícil de ver auroras, y en vez de ir al norte que no había nubes, nos quedamos en una ruta que parecía que hacía siempre, visitando puntos muy malos que parecían para hacer tiempo. Además no sé preocupó por asegurarse que todos viéramos las auroras y no hizo caso al grupo.

Hicimos excursión al Círculo Dorado en Islandia. Lo disfrutamos mucho, nos enseñaron lugares preciosos, los guías Gonzalo y Kel, amabilísimos, en todo momento atentos a todos nosotros. Nos hicieron tener una experiencia fenomenal. Para recordar.

El tour abarca buenos puntos para visitar Islandia. Además, Gonzalo fue muy amable.

Beautiful nothern lights

El tour comenzó muy puntual. Nuestro guía Kelvin (Kel para los amigos) nos llevó a un par de sitios a buscar las auroras. La previsión era Low (kp 2) pero nos ayudó a localizar las luces tenues que se apreciaban. Nos hizo infinidad de fotos y nos ayudó a ajustar los móviles para fotografiarlas. En el segundo lugar se apreciaban un poco mejor pero bastante alejado de las expectativas que teníamos, aún así seguimos haciendo fotos que las captaban mucho mejor que a simple vista. Cuando ya estábamos casi para irnos, tomando el chocolate caliente, Kel nos avisó para que volviéramos a salir porque las auroras se mostraron mucho más intensas y visibles a simple vista, fue genial!. Nos quedamos más tiempo del previsto haciendo muchas más fotos y Kel volvió a hacernos con su cámara fotos espectaculares. La experiencia fue fantástica

Nordur came through when others couldn't! We had another company cancel our tour twice because of the forecast. We found Nordur in a last ditch effort to experience the one thing we came to Iceland for before we left! We were blessed to have Kel as our guide for a northern lights hunt. His experience, friendliness, keen eye and patience left us with photos and memories that we'll hold dear always. He makes a good hot chocolate too! Firstly God, and then Kel, made our Icelandic adventure a success!
