I ordered shoes on sale and they sent me the wrong size. I called "customer care", which is a joke. When the AI agent finally transferred me to a human, I asked if I could exchange the shoes or if there's anything else I can do. This man was so rude I actually hung up to avoid blowing up at the support staff. He was reading responses from a script like "our sale policies are very clear". This has been absolutely un-f***ing-believable. I feel like I got scammed and that was surprising for a Nordstrom brand, but I guess they've gone down hill fast.

Such unprofessional behavior from Josseline in clothing department. I was wanting help locating some clothes that we saw on the website and she was talking to one of her co-workers when i asked and she just points to where the item is and i still could not find the item after she pointed in the area. I asked again and she just continues to talk to her coworker and ignores me. Such unprofessional behavior. She was more interested in talking to her coworkers then helping the guest. Very disappointed by her lack of customer service and I wont be back after the experience i got. This was at the Southlake, TX location
Over a month and still no order!
I placed an order over a month ago. I got a tracking number, so I went to track it and I get absolutely nothing.
Im so frustrated and I will never order again. Im glad it wasn't a gift for someone.

Absolute worst customer service
Nordstrom Rack has the absolute worst customer service. You will be lucky if you can get an agent or service. I called four times, and four times I heard the agent on the other line who then immediately hung up on me. I was trying to cancel an order that still had not been delivered after two months. I finally got through on chat and the agent said I could not cancel the order because it was outside the cancelation window. That seems absurd given they failed to deliver the item which was stuck in a "expected delivery date" state. I have to file a claim to get an order, they never delivered, canceled. I will never, ever, order again from Nordstrom Rack. Lost a customer for life.

Staff at Phoenix on Camelback so rude. I just stood in line while one gal was putting sensors on clothes and the other girl rang someone up. When she was done I walked towards her and she said “I’m not ready yet!” I said oh sorry!!! And backed up. She then said “i have to sensor all these clothes.” And puts a pile of clothes in front of her. So they were both just tagging clothes while I stood waiting in line going on 15 minutes. It was so wierd. I eventually said ok I guess I won’t be getting these clothes and set them down on counter and walked out. Never going to that location again.

Terrible! I ordered a pair of booties on line from what I thought was Nordstrom Rack - The clerk and then the store manager kept saying "Oh this was a purchase made thru Market Place!" which is why it took forever to find the sale. Not blaming them but I am blaming NORDSTROM RACK - it seems Market Place means that they did not actually have this item in stock but rather passed it along to a "3rd party" seller. This means that I could not return it to the local Nordstrom Rack - I need to go entirely out of my way to a mall I hate - Towson Mall - creepy dark and confusing parking garage-- and 17 miles out of my way to return these booties. I am a very seasoned online shopper. Had I known all this up front I would have never ordered.

My experience at Nordstrom Rack in Jacksonville Florida on big Island Drive was the worst experience I’ve ever had, with Customer Service at register, I have been there a few times and the Customer Service people named one Valerie, the other one was named Soheila and the other one was named haymi are the rudest ,with managers the nastiest, especially Joshua Cardona, and Shawna Brown and Karen Ross,Customer Service people at the register and the nastiest nasty managers I’ve ever encountered, the fitting room is always filled with clothes all over the floor. The jewelry is always all scattered purses are always tumbled over will not be doing any shopping at Nordstrom Rack and if you know better do not go to Nordstrom Rack especially the one on big Island Drive.

I was at store today to return some shoe. Towanda waited on me. I didn't have my order number with me. She took the time to help me to return my shoe. she was very helpful and patient. and I truly appreciate her help because custom service not like it use to be.

Website crashes when trying to return items purchased online. Online chat does not work. The toll-free number goes to a chat loop. When you finally get through to a live agent, they're in Indonesia and the connection is worse than two tin cans on a string. Zero stars. Looking at a 120-mile drive to return two pairs of shoes. Nordstrom Rack has lost a customer forever.

I shop at the Nordstrom rack store by Northpark and I had an amazing experience with one of the associates named Tina. From what I understand she gets in at 5 AM every day and puts away all of the clothes that were tried on the day before and the new merchandise. She obviously works extremely hard and I showed up around 10 AM to find a pair of jeans that I had seen the week before. I could not find them anywhere and Tina was willing to help me. Not only did she go through every rack, backstock, fitting room put away’s in the front of the store return area. She then went and found one of the handheld computers the associates use to locate product. Using the RFI tag attached to the pair of jeans she was able to locate them for me. Obviously I left there a very happy customer but more surprised at how willing and Tina was to help me and how hard she worked to find those jeans and how long she spent with me. I would just like to acknowledge her and thank her for her amazing Customer Service. Thank you very much Tina! You make me wanna come back and shop all the time.

Made an online purchase and realized when you pay with ApplePay, it defaults to that shipping address, not the one in your Nordstrom Rack account. Stupid. In any event per their "Online Policy" if you contact them prior to shipping, they will "redirect" the package. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I called and got Customer Service who insured me that the address will be updated and shipped to my account address. WRONG. Not only did the package arrive to the wrong (Gated) address, they shipped the order out in 5 separate packages. Thus far 4 deliveries to the wrong address. 12 chats and 7 phone calls was told I have to call every single time a delivery is made to wait for it..... DISPUTE THE DELIVERY as STOLEN. WTF. Customer service is sad. Policy is ignored. And now my credit card charge is disputed. I will NEVER shop at Nordstromrack.com ever again. $300 in the trash until it's resolved, hours of going nowhere but waiting to be told it shows delivered 4 different times. No kidding but not to me. Fix you issues!
I ordered items this Christmas for…
I ordered items this Christmas for delivery and one of the sets had the right size pant but the jacket that came with it was wrong size. I contacted customer service and they wanted to charge me $9.95 for a return when they made the mistake of sending the wrong size. This is bad customer service in my opinion so I will no longer shop with them.

The package never arrived with the carrier that was promised. The customer service was not really helpful! Package is with different carrier than the one in the email and is supposed to come after holidays. Promise date has now changed four times. This is the second time this happened with their jewelry. So, if you’re getting jewelry before holidays from Nordstrom think about it twice before ordering.

My experience with Nordstrom Rack is always unique because I find people who know how to serve the customer and are very polite and effective when dealing with customers. For example, today I was and Yamillet and Amy helped me in a satisfactory way, but very happy with my favorite store since I arrived I stayed and I do not stop telling others, and so I will continue. Nothing compares to Nordstrom.
