Steer clear of Nordic Wool
Despite its Facebook advert claiming to have a co.uk address, it is actually part and parcel of the Chinese Chenyang Trading Company. I raised a PayPal case against them and they promised me a full refund of £44.97 if I closed the dispute (which I stupidly did) but they didn't refund me...what a surprise! Their advertising is very similar to the reputable company 'Nordic Socks' but the quality of the socks couldn't be more different. Absolute rubbish, steer clear

Appalling - I had exactly the same as the other comments. I realise this company is now closed but it was a SCAM. Never received product and never got refund - despite raising a dispute in PayPal - appalling how these companies are allowed to get away with it and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE stands in the corner of the poor consumer who has yet again been SCAMMED .

Service injoignable par tel ou par mail.
Je vais porter plainte contre eux et contre Facebook qui en a fait it la publicité.

Scam .
Scam .. they are a Chinese company.. I put in a PayPal complaint told me to close the case or I wouldn't get refund!!! Still waiting for items to arrive and no refund!!!! Avoid!!!! I thought it was Nordic socks!!!!

Unfit socks
Bought 2 sets of socks, one set for size 10 feet (man) and one set for size 6 (woman).
The 2 sets of 5 pairs each are the same size and will fit a ladies size 4 maximum.
I have requested a refund.

Don’t buy from this company. I waited ages only to receive the wrong socks - they’re either going out of business or it’s a scam

Very poor quality
Just opened some socks, extremely poor quality and sizing way different than suggestions, will be returning but not holding breath for a refund. All that’s wrong from buying off the internet!

Not received my order have not been given an order confirmation number either and wont answer emails as I decided to cancel and wanted a refund after waiting for nearly 2 weeks for delivery
