In het begin vriendelijk in de communicatie, tot dat er een probleem was. Mijn pakketje is kwijtgeraakt bij GLS. Zij vroegen mij om aan nordicmoon te vragen een onderzoek te starten. Heb 3 mailtjes gestuurt met dat verzoek en geen reactie. Dus via PayPal mijn geld teruggevraagd, nu ontvang ik een mailtje: "sorry voor je slechte ervaring, we kunnen er alleen van uitgaan dat het het pakketje tijdens vervoer verloren is gegaan." (Ik heb ze exact verteld waar het pakketje het laatst was, en wie het verloren had) en als kers op de taart, hebben ze mij in de spamlijst gezet🤣🤣

Totally professional and efficient service

My mum purchased the skeleton ring for my birthday (July). After 2 weeks of wear, it snapped. A replacement was issued in August and this snapped after 2 days. I requested a refund and was ignored for almost 3 weeks until I voiced how appalling the service was. I was finally told that a refund had been made on 1st September into my mums account. It has still not come through (11th October). I have emailed and it has bounced back as the company 'suspect my message as spam' which makes me think that they have blocked me!! I would never order from this company and am ashamed that my mums simple birthday present for me has had such hassle attached to it.

Absolute crap. Ordered the skull hand ring. When that arrived it looked like something out of a seaside lucky dip machine, was sprayed silver and broke in half after 3 days. I also ordered the death moth necklace. Wore that for a week and the colour has come off the chain. This is the worst jewellery I have ever bought. Only piece any good is the skull bracelet but to be honest I’m now waiting for something to be wrong with that. Was offered store credit for the ring. Can’t find anything on the website that I want and all looks like crap. Saw these on Facebook. This is the second time I’ve been had buying stuff from Facebook so advise don’t do it. Cost me £53 for a load of rubbish
