Ordered a magnifying mirror for my new bathroom. Only unpacked it so far as bathroom not yet finished but very happy with the look and feel of the product - nice quality item.

After I ordered the pendant light the company contacted me to say that there may be a delay because they were moving warehouse. They appologised and offered me a very good price reduction because of the delay. They kept me informed about the order and when it would be delivered. The service from customer services was good.

The item was listed as being a stainless steel kettle for an induction hob. The reality was it was cheap aluminium and does not work on induction: Aluminium does not work on induction! False advertising. £35 quid and took a few weeks to arrive. This is a scam, just cheap s*** direct from China with a pretty package.

When the item I ordered was out of stock, I received a prompt apology, an explanation and was offered a similar product at a lower price. This kind of attention to the customer is very rare and much appreciated. The replacement (a corner unit) was speedily delivered, well packaged and easy to install. Very satisfied with the service and goods from Nordic Essentials

The delivery of the product met my expectations and also was well wrapped meaning there was no risk to damage to my item. I also found all correspondence with Nordic Essentials very professional. I would thoroughly recommend the company to friends and family.

I ordered a SKIFT – Scandinavian Gradient LED Pendant Light in grey (40cm). I decided on a coloured one as I thought it would look better than a standard white one.
I am really impressed with the all metal build quality, the different tone of greys (and the one pink inner layer) really make it stand out and it feels solid and well made. I especially like the curved brass pillars which hold it all together and add an extra feel of "quality".
I live in the UK and was a little nervous when I saw delivery was by Evri but the tracking Nordic Essentials provided in their email showed the package's progress. It took a couple of weeks for the international delivery but the couriers delivered it when they said they would and it was well worth the wait.
All in all a very nice quality well made lamp fitting that looks great. Thank you.

We ordered 2 beautiful pendant lights. There were problems with Eviri delivery and one light was damaged. I would give Marius 5 stars for excellent customer support. Emails were always replied to promptly and issues followed up and resolved.

I ordered a lamp as a Christmas gift on 3rd December. It was being delivered by Yodel. They received my order on 7th December. On tracking it was out for delivery on 19th and then 23rd. I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I contacted Nordic Essentials a couple of times and they did get back to me. I managed to contact Yodel on 24th who confirmed the parcel had been delivered to a local shop and gave me a collection code. I’m sure that if I hadn’t chased it up I would not have received it on time. Nordic Essentials should offer a paid for reliable delivery option. Would make me think twice about ordering again.

I ordered a kitchen tap. It is of high quality and I am very happy with my purchase. I reached out to customer service to confirm the fitting, they were responsive and helpful.
The product arrived well-packed with a thank you card and a discount voucher - which I think is a nice gesture.
Although I received tracking updates regularly, I was expecting faster delivery. Overall, I can recommend Nordic Essentials UK as an online store with good quality products at an affordable price. Thank you!

A cool Scandi name for a company selling very average Chinese tat.

Look at delivery info very carefully. Our bathmat took 16 days to be delivered

The communication has been excellent and they sorted the shipping issue straight away very good customer service from the team.

Firstly, it's a lovely product which is what it's all about.
Secondly, and also importantly, the communication from the company has been excellent throughout. I'll order again with complete peace of mind.

I bought a hallway table. It was very easy to assemble and looked exactly like the online pic.

Poor quality products, charged at premium rates, that shipped directly from China which took a long time to deliver. When product arrived, packaging was damaged and worse than from Temu / Amazon. Would not recommend.

Two weeks have passed and the goods aren't even in the country.

The delivery took a long time. The product did not represent good value for money as quality disappointing . The product also came with damage from being packaged tightly. Would never purchase again and will seek a refund.

I’m very happy with this portable lamp! It’s small but gives off great light and is really handy both at home and while traveling. The delivery was quick — it arrived within 8 days and in perfect condition. Definitely a great purchase that I can recommend!
