Our recent product launch exceeded our expectations, resulting in a high volume of orders that we were not fully prepared for. As a result, we experienced a shortage of stock, leading to a longer wait time for delivery.
To compound matters, there were unforeseen errors made by our supplier, which further delayed the shipment of the products. We have taken steps to rectify this issue and have already placed additional orders to ensure a more reliable supply in the future.
I understand that our lack of communication regarding the delays was disappointing, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We did sent out email notifications to all customers affected by the delay, I am sorry if you were not included.

I’ve been a fan of Nordic chefs equipment for a while so I ordered myself a personalised plating set. I am extremely impressed by the quality of the tools. While the engraving left a little to be deserved, I am overall very happy with the product.

Pincetsæt i verdensklasse
Jeg købte et pincetsæt, og det levede klart op til forventningerne. Det er af en god og lækker kvalitet, og man kan mærke at der er blevet lagt vægt på at det skal være lækkert og en fornøjelse at arbejde med. Jeg har fået købt alt for meget billig skrammel på spotvare tilbud andre steder, så det er dejligt at få noget i hænderne som føles som om at det er noget andet end engangsudstyr.
Levering dag til dag, så det er også som forventet i vores dage.
Nu skal jeg bare have lidt inspiration til at lave noget lækkert med sættet.

The package was broken
The package was wet and a Little Bit broken on the outside. The tweezers were fine but the folder but the case they were in, has marks as well.
The tweezers are good to work with and i‘m fully satisfied with them.
All my complaints are about the delivery and packeging.
