Informacje dotyczące firmy
Napisane przez firmę
Noobru™ was the brainchild of serial entrepreneur and bio-hacking enthusiast Martyn Cook. After years of using various supplements, Martyn became sick of downing countless capsules each day just to achieve his ultimate stack. He hated that the process was unenjoyable - especially when the effects weren't. It didn't feel right. After all, we take tablets when we're sick right? Not when we're healthy! There had to be a better way. A simpler, more enjoyable one. That's how Noobru™ was born. After months of testing, tasting and trialling - our stack was created, in a tasty powdered form - to allow you to simply add to water and drink! Say goodbye to forcing down 10 battery sized capsules 3 times a day! Everything you need is in one serving of Noobru™.

Difficulty with website order form
I had some issues with the website and customer service was prompt and very helpful.

The order was incorrect, I responded on my computer with a return message.
The order was wrong, as it was not the optional order offered. Also, the bank sent me a fraud alert instead of payment of $141, or something close to that was charged.

Hi Gerald,
Oh no! It's a real shame to hear you checked out an incorrect order with us - I can totally appreciate how that's come as a surprise to you.
I just checked through our list of orders using the name provided here but could not find anything, would you mind dropping us either an email or giving us a call as soon as possible? We'll work as quick as we can to put things right. In terms of the fraud alert, that is highly unusual and quite concerning, so please do speak to your bank about what that's directly relating to.
Looking forward to sorting this one out for you soon!

Noobru for the technical insides 🧡
I started taking noobru, quite some time ago, i love it and I am certain that it helps me, i keep myself very fit every day, little alcohol, vegetarian, much good water, and noobru for the internal mechanics, regularly, advantage and shield. I am currently performing in Shenzhen, China, but i have of course brought it with me. Finding vegetarian food here is a challenge, but i am good and feel really great. Thank you Noobru 🧡

Seems to be helpful with memory.
I’ve been taking Noobru for 3 months. I do think that it has been helping with my memory. The taste of the strawberry lemonade is good. I purchased the discovery pack now to try different flavors.

Cristie helped walked me through the process since I don’t use Payoal anymore. Custmer Service is always very helpful. Would like to get on automatic shipping every 3 months, if you’re set up to do that. My mother and I are big fans of the NooBru Advantage.

Hi Olive,
That's such a shame to hear! We're so sorry you've not received your order, but this could be down to a range of reasons.
Please also be aware that our phone lines are not open 24/7 - our lines should be open Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm GMT, but if you do call outside of those hours you should be able to leave a voicemail so we can get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email us and we'll do our very best to help you out there.
Don't worry, we'll be able to track down your orders and get you the update you deserve.

Ridiculous
Ridiculous! I didn’t even know my order went through there were so many “ blocking” offers. At this point I have no idea what I ended up with. I thought I just quit so am surprised at this email. I’d never order again unless it was simplified and much more honest. It feels like a scam.

Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks so much for sharing your experience, although it's such a shame there's been a bit of confusion, and you've been left scratching your head around what's been ordered and what's on the way.
Just to reassure you, we're certainly not a scam. If you feel the order is incorrect, or you've mistakenly added something to the cart without realising, just drop us an email or give us a call and we'll do our best to resolve things (hello@noobru.com).
You should have also received a confirmation email of everything you ordered shortly after the order was placed, so please do check there for clarification. Either way, I'm certain we can help you out.

Very easy setup experience
Very easy to setup subscription with this company. Can’t wait to try the product. It has rave reviews online as the number one memory aid product out today. It had an A+ rating and much higher than Prevagen which my mom took to help her. I’m finally that age. Almost 69.
