Fritha was fantastic! My 3 year old had the best time ever at her party!

I booked a party with this company and very quickly realised that I had not booked the birthday party I thought it was. I emailed the company within 12 hours of paying a £60 deposit to discuss why the party would not work for my daughters needs. Unfortunately I received a couple of rude and hostile replies and then radio silence. I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a response. Myself and my husband have both attempted to contact them multiple times for an update, but have been ignored. I can only assume that these scammers have broken the contract and stolen £60 from our daughters 5th birthday party fund.
Definitely do not trust this company!

Absolutely brilliant service! From the booking to the actual party constant contact and information shared. Super easy to book and when the day came Nemed arrived when agreed was super polite, very professional and talked through the running times so we knew when things needed to be ready. The kids all giggled away through the magic show and it was lovely that he got them all involved! 100% would recommend and would definitely book again! Very very pleased and impressed with everything

Using this company for the second time for my child's birthday party. Oliver was very punctual, professional and very entertaining. I asked the birthday boy what he thought and he said Oliver was awesome and excellent and the most fun part of his party was the entertainment. Highly recommend.

1 star is too many!!
We made a booking 3 months in advance on the basis we would be getting the entertainer that we saw on the initial video. When we realised it could be 1 of 25+ entertainers and we would not be aware until days before the actual date, we decided to cancel. This was all within 48 hours of booking the party and still 3 months prior to the actual party. We have been told we will not get our deposit back and they have since ignored multiple emails and calls, we have not heard anything in over a week and havent even had confirmation that the party has been cancelled. Absolutely shocking service!! Whenever you call, all of their staff are ''busy'' so you are advised to email as this way you will get a ''quicker response''. Based on our experience, if this is the case then we have no hope!!!

Leona was great! She was great at adapting to the crowd and kept all ages included. The kids loved her and all the parents commented on how great she was. Would highly recommend!

Sam delivered a fantastic afternoon for a party of 20 children who all had a great time.
The hardest part of our afternoon was unwrapping the sandwiches!

Our entertainer Martin was amazing the kids loved his show. He interacted well with the birthday girls as well as all the kids plus the adults

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Shaun B at my daughter’s birthday party. He was incredibly professional from start to finish and paid great attention to every detail.
The children were fully engaged throughout the party and loved every single minute, especially the magic show, which was a huge highlight! Several parents even told me that their children could not stop talking about it when they got home, which really says it all.

Martin did an amazing job at my daughters 10th birthday party — the children were completely engaged from start to finish and absolutely loved all the different party games. We had such a fantastic party all thanks to Lee. All the kids loved him and all the dukes had a great laugh. It was amazing as it takes all the stress of having to throw the party and the parents can enjoy the party too. I would definitely use those service again and would highly recommend. I saw you guys had great reviews, the communication throughout was excellent, I did have a wobble thinking are they actually going to turn up on the day?! but after speaking to Hazel directly on the day she put my mind at ease. She arrived early, set up ready to go and my daughter had a 10/10 perfect party she told us! Hazel had the children engaged all party long and the parents said how good she was. Can't recommend you guys enough - thanks it was a stress free party indeed!

Kyra was very enthusiastic, she had the childrenjoining in with the disco, even the older ones. I am unsure if Kyra gave the children a gift each instead of the balloons because she didn't have a supply due to late delivery. I feel Kyra needs to develop her ability to hold the room more and project her voice, because it was hard to hear her at times because of the background noise. Maybe more games would have been good to have, possibly pass the parcel. With the other games all the children were engaged and had fun. Overall I feel she did her best to entertain the children and she asked several times was everything going okay for us. Thank you again, and we will be booking again.

Another great Christmas party, best yet. Massive shout out to Gary he got the balance just right between magic show, games and dancing. The Brownies and Rainbows said it was the best night, we all had so much fun, even the younger ones didn’t want to go home.
Can we reserve Gary in advance for this year ? 😊
