This company does not own any of their…

This company does not own any of their own technology and white label others, as a result, everything is slow, and mostly it doesn't work properly.

We lost a lot of money and moved processors within a few months.

I cannot fault Total Processing, They are extremely helpful and easy to work with. Fergal went above and beyond to get my issue fixed that was not even caused by them. Service is very perfunctory.

Service is very perfunctory.
After asking for a lot of information, the processing time was very long.
After many days, I received only a very short reply just saying "your application will be declined".
When I asked for the reason why application had failed, I was met with a very rude attitude and "your inquiry is now closed" to ended the conversation.

I was pretty hyped to get on board with…

I was pretty hyped to get on board with this solution - The positive reviews sold me but the problem is i couldn't even get on contact with the team (I only got the same automatic email from the sales department). I would love to get on board but it's been more than 5 days since i contacted them but no chance. I'll keep you updated :)

Onboarded

Took some time to get there, but now I'm onboarded, and running payments. To keep the review fair and informative the team are good, thanks to Kate for resolving my issues. But they do take time, don't expect the solution to be made quickly, it took me 2 months from start to finish.
