Scam
I placed my order for the e-book but, at the PayPal payment an extra payment for £59 had been added. I contacted No more diets to immediately to cancel this 10/04/26 extra payment and that there has been a mistake. Received a reply today 14/04/26 saying my book is already being printed and they cannot refund the £59, I mean £59 for a paperback book. I received a reply which asked me to submit my order number, which I did but apparently the company have a no refund policy. My advice is be very careful because some how the set up an automatic payment which allows them to take money from you without any notification. I must have emailed them 12 times which was a waste of time, just got fobbed off every time

Lithuanian company…no refunds, no “customer assistance”
I just placed my order today for the 30 day free trial. I am certain I chose the correct option. When I went to check out it charged me immediately for the 1 month charge rather than the terms that say if you don’t cancel in 30 days- then you will be charged. I noted and checked/ verified that. I was charged right away the $30 one month charge.
I immediately contact customer service and ask to correct my order to the trial basis. They said they cannot do that and the charges stand. I then asked can you please refund my money and cancel my subscription.
I WAS TOLD “NO, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELED AND WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING YOUR MONEY”.
This is fraud!!! I have asked - since I have been charged , then restore my access for at least 30 days. They have not responded. I am now seeing that this company looks like it’s based in Lithuania. Looks like I have just thrown away my money. I am so upset.
