When it works the software itself is not too bad but their prices are increasing massively and the support is atrocious. When I have an issue with the software the support responses are nothing short of a joke. It takes a number of messages to get someone to actually check the issue. I wish I had never joined them as its really difficult to move from them.

Brilliant software which covers pretty much all practice needs. Support is outstanding when needed. The price isn't extortionate and so great for start ups. I've grown my practice from it's first clients up to many with the help of Nomi and it's affordable effecient options for the different services.

Nomi is a one-stop shop for most of my accountancy needs running a small practice. It is generally intuitive and the support team are very responsive to any problems I have.

We have been a client now for 6 years and run a small accountancy practice. It suits our needs and now the initial glitches have been ironed out it is a resource we can rely on. The software is intuitive and easy to navigate, the support is great and are always on hand to help out. Shout out to the Account managers too who do resolve any issues promptly.

I have found using the software fairly straightforward, and I have received particularly excellent support from Sapna Pichanot

we were looking for replacement business software this might be ok for accountants but for businesses its simply not worth the grief The free trial never worked correctly and after 15days and multiple support conversations it became apparent that the product isn't ready for general use

Excellent Accounting Software! A one stop shop. You can do bookkeeping, enable multiple bank feeds or uploads, CSV to PDF conversions, VAT, Self-Assessment and ofcourse finalisation. In addition, their support staff is absolutely amazing. No matter what I write here, it will fall short of the level of service they have provided.
