Have been buying from N.N. for the last couple of months, and being a man who has some experience in various supplements, hence my Son and his partner created "Hunter and Gather" but having said that, N.N. products are good quality and are very genuine, they do customers a good deal when purchasing a bundle, or even if you buy two products you still get a discount, and the delivery is very on point, and you get confirmation via email when order has been sent out, and if truth be known if N.N. were not any good i would not even be over here leaving a comment, meaning i would not be buying from N.N...! Certain supplements will not suit everyone as it all depends how you treat one's body, and what you actually feed the body...!

Definitely well worth giving this ago
I have tried so many different supplements over the years and most take months to notice any change. I have been taking magnesium 5 in 1 for about 2 weeks and I noticed the change in the first week. I felt more relaxed, less fatigue. I am usually someone who thought sleep was for the weak and would survive on just a few hours here and there i am now excited about getting into bed and ready to have the most restful sleep I have ever experienced. I wake up fresh and ready for the day, I don't feel groggy, achy and foggy. I also feel less bloated and sluggish. I am excited to see what changes over the long term of taking this daily

Haven't tried or brought this yet but need of Information
I'm giving 2 stars because of the reviews and the companies feedback, all customers have spoken about thr delivery and the order and the customer service but know has spoken truly about the product when they take it so it doesn't really help other viewers to make the purchase because we don't know if the product has worked for them. Also the company should say to the customer in their feed an you tell us how the supplements helped them would make more sence.
Also I see Barbra O'Neil advertising this magnesium product is that a genuine ad or fake.
Also I wish that was in a powder form not a tablet as I have problem I don't like putting tablets in my mouth. Also please can you tell me if anyone can take the magnesium all in one ad I have tiredness on most days ans I can't concentrate on my work, or CA this trigger of other illness and does it make u put on weight ,are the results permanent or do you have to take this tablet for life. Because I belive we was not born to take tablets for whole life if there was real results. Please can you help me understand this product I'm a little worried to order but need help.with this tiredness I'm yawning at work and I also get lethargic and then I close my computer and I feel exhausted tired since I stated my new job it sure if I'm doing too much at the same time. Tha k you for your kind feedback I hope you can give me some information

In terms of your questions:
Our Magnesium 5-in-1 is suitable for most people, as magnesium is a mineral we naturally get through our diet, although many people don’t consistently meet recommended intakes.
The recommended use is 1–2 capsules daily (for example, one after breakfast and one around an hour before bed).
If you don’t like capsules, they can be opened and mixed into a drink.
If you are taking medication or have any underlying health conditions, we always recommend checking with your GP or healthcare professional first.

I'm new to supplements
I've only been taking these two different supplements for about 3 weeks. The magnesium seems to have helped with my restless legs, the b12 with beetroot i am hoping will help with my energy but haven't noticed any difference so far.
