A special thanks to Kamran and Aras who worked incredibly hard. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and careful with everything. They made the move much easier and handled the recycling perfectly as well.
On top of that, their price was the best I found, offering great value for such a high-quality service.

Aras and the rest of the team handled both our house move and garage disposal with great care, professionalism, and efficiency. Despite sending them a video of the size of the job they had to do the journey twice as there vehicle was to small, if you are going to use them get a fixed price and do not agree to pay by the hour, they will stich you up. Also damaged the dining table and most of there staff do not speak a word of English, they could not understand a simple task like living room written on the box, taking the wrong boxes to the wrong rooms, removing rubbish is probably there level, despite calling and texting Kamran to complain I have had no response, would not recommend or use again, none of your possessions will be insured or protected, complete amateurs.
A reply to you’re reply, thank you for finally getting back to me, because I did try getting in touch with you on the 13th, the 20th and the 27th of November but I guess now you didn’t get the review you was hoping for then you decided to get in touch 7 weeks later with 3 voice messages, a long message and a call from a different number. You are correct in saying the quote was made before the video was sent but you decided not to update the quote which went from £525 to £920, as for my partner directing the boxes to the wrong rooms, if you guys don’t understand what Bed 1, Bed 2, Bed 3, Living Room & Kitchen marked on a box in a 3 bed Town house means then I have no idea what else to write. All the excuses about the items being heavy and moving from a 2 bed flat on the 2nd floor to a 3 bed town house 30 mins apart for a removal company is laughable, you was not up to the job, I am not happy about how much I was charged and you damaged a very expensive dining table, if you decide you don’t want to do anything about it that’s fine, but I have the right to leave a review of the experience. Please don’t get in touch with me again unless you are refunding for the damage caused.

Thank you for your review. For clarity and transparency, this move was not quoted as a fixed price. As confirmed in writing before the job, the agreed rate was hourly rate with a minimum booking of five hours, using three strong movers and a 3.5-tonne Luton van. Any additional time beyond the minimum was always chargeable, which was clearly explained and accepted in advance.
The video of the items was received after the quotation had already been sent. At the time of booking, the access difficulties at both properties were not fully disclosed, particularly the extremely narrow and tight access at the delivery address.
At the collection property, several items had to be carried down from the first floor via stairs as they did not fit in the lift. At the delivery address, the property was a very narrow two-storey flat, making the move exceptionally challenging. The sofa could not physically be taken upstairs despite three different attempts using different angles and methods, all of which were carried out in your presence. You then instructed us to place the sofa into storage downstairs, which we did, and we also left protective blankets to cover it.
Before moving large and heavy items, we clearly advised that due to the size, weight, and access restrictions, there was a risk of damage to items such as the sofa and dining table, and this was accepted prior to proceeding.
Regarding box placement, our team followed instructions given on the day by your partner while working between floors. Any confusion was due to on-site direction while the team were moving continuously between levels.
A Luton van was provided exactly as quoted, and the job was completed under conditions that many moving companies would have refused. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, but the work carried out and charges applied were fully consistent with the agreed quotation and the challenging access conditions encountered on the day.

Amazing, efficient, reliable
I was let down on my moving day by a large removal company (AV). This company contracts smaller removal companies and happened to send me two guys who were making up excuses for two hours why they can’t be starting the job while on the line with AV while I was also on a call with them.
On the off chance, called No1 Removals and 2 amazing guys showed up within the hour who sorted the whole thing, including taking apart and reassembling some furniture.
All with smiles on their faces and at great pace and attitude. There’s nothing more one could ask for from a removal team. They really saved the day.
