Our house move was a long drawn out one, and required the process repeating. I cannot speak highly enough of Gregg and how he helped us through the process and had his finger on the pulse explaining everything to us and kept the process up to speed by timely reminders to others in the process. If you need a mortgage Gregg is your man.

I was recommended to NM Finance by a friend to support my self build mortgage needs. I am doing a very non standard material (Clay Lump) and received huge amount of support from Ben in getting the absolutely best product for our situation. It was a tricky one with the majority of lenders not liking our construction methods, but Ben was patient throughout the long process and offered expert advice. He looked down every avenue into making sure this was the correct option, plus supported in gathering all the financial information needed to demonstrate to the lender I could afford it in an interest only basis - helping monthly cash flow out a lot!

Once we received the offer letter we were cutting it very close to a Christmas deadline, and Shannon was great post-offer support - chasing both the lender and the solicitor to get the funds over the line by the last possible date.
