Communicatie moet verbeteren!
Ondanks dat ik mijn bestelling deed met toevoeging van track en trace ontving ik geen enkel bericht over de bezorging van het pakket. Toen ik de track en trace controleerde kreeg ik de melding dat het pakket was bezorgd terwijl ik helemaal niets had ontvangen en ook geen melding had ontvangen waar ik het pakket kon ophalen.
Na contact met de klantenservice van Grandado kreeg ik een screenshot van de bezorging; dat was via post.nl gebeurd en de fout zou dus bij post.nl liggen...
De verantwoordelijkheid voor de bezorging ligt echter bij Grandado. Ik hoop dat dit gaat verbeteren! Als ik een dag later contact had opgenomen met de klantenservice van Grandado was mijn pakket retour verzonden...

The silicone sleeve is OK but...
I needed a new silicone sleeve for my Huawei tablet. The process wasn't very straightforward. For an M5 tablet you need to order a M4 sleeve. It took me some time to figure this out.
The silicone sleeve itself was reasonably fast delivered. The build quality was identical to the original one: OK but I had to cut out the silicone where the buttons are.
All in all I am happy with my purchase.

Ik heb bij Grandado 2 touch lichtschakelaars besteld. Deze zijn heel snel geleverd, ondanks dat ze uit China moesten kmmen. Deze bleken echter niet te functioneren op onze aanwezige bedrading. Na contact te hebben gehad met Grandado, werd dit keurig opgelost door 125 %vd aankoopwaarde terug te storten. De schakelaars hoefde ik niet terug te sturen.

Goede site werk met betalen prima, helaas is het product niet naar wens maar gelukkig wordt er een bon van 125% van de waarde van het product me op gestuurd. En ik mag het product houden al heb ik daar vrij weinig aan😅
