Auf Grund so mancher schlechten Beurteilung war ich etwas skeptisch. Aber der gute Preis war so eine Versuchung. Mein Auftrag fällt unter Peanuts, Kleinkram 18650er, Versand Asendia. 10 Kalender Tage, ordentlich verpackt. Eingangsmessung war sehr erfreulich, den Rest wird man sehen. Von mir, Daumen hoch.

Habe mir 10 Stück 18650 Batterien bestellt und nach 4 Tagen wurden sie geliefert. Bin super zufrieden. Auch der günstige Preis trotz Versand hat mich überzeugt. Vielen lieben Dank an das Team !

I needed a battery replacement for my Braun shaver, so I visited a technician who provided me with the correct battery part number. Using that part number, I found this website, which offered the cheapest option.
When the battery arrived, I brought it back to the technician, who immediately told me it was the wrong battery and did not fit the Braun shaver. This was surprising because I had searched specifically for the part number UR18500Y. The battery I received did not have the two pins on each side, which are essential for this model. Every other website listing the same part number showed batteries with these pins.
I contacted the seller by email, and the support agent, Johan, tried to shift the blame onto me and my technician, claiming that “you did not have the knowledge that you needed pins on the battery and that your technician does not have the skills to repair those devices.”
I requested a return shipping label for the incorrect battery, but they refused to provide one. As a result a chargeback was initiated through my bank.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life.

First of all, if you buy a pair of pants or a car, you expect the pants to come with pockets and the car to come with wheels attached - without needing any alterations or modifications. That’s exactly what I expected when placing an order based on the battery part number UR18500Y.

As I mentioned before, if you search Google for the part number UR18500Y, the vast majority of websites, if not all, sell this battery ready for immediate use, without requiring any technical modifications such as welding pins onto each side of the battery.

Their response seems to rely on statements like “I think” or “your technician is incompetent,” which reflects the kind of narcissistic personalities working there. It only reinforces the impression that this is a non–customer‑centric company.

If you check the datasheet www alldatasheet com/datasheet-pdf/view/598211/PANASONICBATTERY/UR18500Y.html you can even see there are NO pins. The pins you need are aftermarket.

Ik heb onlangs mijn thuisaccu bij NKON aangeschaft en ben zeer te spreken over de hele ervaring. Naast het feit dat ze kwalitatief hoogwaardige cellen leveren tegen scherpe prijzen, blinken ze echt uit in hun nazorg.
Door een eigen fout tijdens de installatie ging er een onderdeel defect. Hoewel dit buiten de garantie viel omdat het mijn eigen schuld was, stelde NKON zich ontzettend coulant op. Ze hebben het onderdeel zonder problemen voor me vervangen, waardoor mijn systeem nu weer perfect draait.
Het is zeldzaam om een webshop te vinden die niet alleen technisch kundig is, maar ook zo menselijk omgaat met fouten van de klant. Snelle communicatie, goede verpakking en topservice. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die met een energieproject bezig is!

Given the merchant's response, I will be very precise and factual:

January 21: Order of equipment (€1,500 battery and €950 inverter, including a discount for payment by bank transfer).

January 23: Confirmation of receipt of funds, issuance of the invoice, announcement by an employee of the upcoming shipment (2 to 3 working days).

January 24: Request to merge two orders with the batteries still advertised as "in stock" on the website.

January 26: Issuance of an order; no indication of product unavailability by the salesperson, adding €1,579 more (including the transfer discount and shipping), with no mention of the item being out of stock.

January 27: I notice the mention on the purchase order and ask if this impacts my first battery; I am told that the pre-order is also mentioned on my first order/invoice. I follow up with the seller by sending the copy of the purchase order and the invoice, which contain no mention of a pre-order.

January 28: I am told that it is strange that my battery was on pre-order from the time of invoicing (what company invoices for out-of-stock equipment?). I ask if the inverter can be sent to me as well as confirmation that it is indeed blocked at the stock level. I also inquire about the warranties, the invoice having been issued; I never received a response.

January 29: Generic email from the director indicating an internal error and offering €150 on a single battery, replacement with an inferior model and a €100 discount, or cancellation.

January 30: I respond to this email stating that I demand, rightly so, that the discount be applied to both batteries (given that at the time of the second order I was lied to by omission, then presented with the fait accompli of the out-of-stock status) and that either the inverter be shipped to me, or the same discount rate be applied given the blocking of my cash flow until the end of March.

February 4: Response stating that no, I am not entitled to more than €150 and that the inverter will be shipped to me. I point out to them that on the remaining €3,313 immobilized for 2 months, this is ridiculous (about 4.5%), knowing that since they issued an invoice, I will also have to pay the 20% VAT in February. Not to mention the prejudice caused to my company and my final client.

February 5: By dint of insisting, I am told they have an unboxed battery, that they will send it, but that I must pay additional shipping on the second battery and no discount. I tell them I do not agree: I am paying for new equipment, they are sending me second-hand, which is well worth the €150 in shipping. They refuse and indicate they have checked with the director and that they are refunding me and cancelling the sales, despite the notification in all my emails of my refusal to cancel a concluded and perfected sale. I remind them by email that I refuse any cancellation; despite this, they force the refund, which is simply illegal under the law regarding transactions between European companies. I therefore send a formal notice to execute the concluded sales and there, an employee, certainly a bit too arrogant, talks down to me, sinks further with each exchange into contradictory lies, and ends up threatening me following this review and my Google review.

Of course, all these actions are illegal. A report to the ACM was made (validated by their services after examination since then, which confirms that I am in the right and they are at fault); likewise on the Trustpilot and Google platforms, blackmail regarding negative reviews being legally reprehensible in our respective countries.

I can only provide you with my lived experience and I refuse to modify it and/or lie under any form of pressure. You will note that in his response he admits to having made threats of negative reviews because I posted my feedback here and on Google.

De levering heeft op zich laten wachten maar wel zeer goede prijzen! Ze hebben de zware batterijen zelfs voor mij in de auto gelegd.

Ik heb hier 21 AAA stuks batterijen willen bestellen wat opzicht goed bleek te gaan. Ruim 2 weken gewacht niks ontvangen. Het is lastig te zeggen of dit door nkon komt of postnl 1 ding weet ik wel de zending is niet in het sorteer proces geweest omdat ik geen foto heb gezien bij postnl app van de zending.

Contact met nkon lijkt goed te verlopen reageren. Als volgt vraagt een medewerker of ik maar een eigen verzonnen verklaring op kon maken alwaar ik al mijn gegevens moest invullen die ze al hadden wat ik zelf erg onrust vind. Grote winkels als zalando of aboutyou maken gebruik van een rechts verklaring daar hoef je alleen je handtekening onder te zetten. Ik begrijp niet wat het nu is hiervan. Vandaar nu geen volle 5 sterren.

Probleem is ondertussen wel opgelost.

Als mensen hier graag willen bestellen betaal 2 euro meer met tracking en niet via envelop zonder tracking.

Prima service van Johan en het Nkon team. Mijn JK-bms had het begeven na een jaar en 10 maand. Mits de nodige uitleg en wat foto's door te sturen hebben zij mij een nieuwe opgestuurd!

j'ai reçu mes cellules très bien emballées et protégé, je les ai testés (le voltage, ils ont tous le même voltage nickel avant l'assemblage des cellules).

Nkon le top du top client depuis de longue date j'ai reçu 42 accus li-ion non conforme, le remboursement c'est fait dans la journée. Irréprochable ;) du coup je recommande ;) les yeux fermés.
