Absolute waste of money.
Chinese based, took forever to deliver but more importantly Quality waste of money. Glasses are nothing but what are called "cheeters". Put on and looked 20 yards ahead, no focus. Would not even focus on coffee cup in front. Avoid!

The glasses were packaged very very badly and could have been really damaged in transit. The glasses themselves don’t work. They are cheap plastic rubbish worse than you can buy from the pound shop or dollar store. Worse than that they do not respond when you contact them telling them this and so I just got basically scammed out of £29.99 so I would not recommend buying Nivale glasses at all based on my experience.

This company will not respond to any messages you send them. You will not be able to return them without authorization from them and since they don't respond to messages you'll never get that authorization. When you put them on you may as well be looking through a pair of magnifying glasses and try wearing those all day. They magnify everything and give you a headache right away. They do not get darker in the daylight. They are made out of very cheap plastic material. I only ordered one pair but they charged me for two pairs and sent two pairs, different colors. This company cannot be trusted and you'll just be wasting your money. I can't really say it's a scam because they did send the product, but the product is total junk. Buyer beware. They won't give you an accurate tracking number or let you cancel your order. I did try and cancel the second order they put through. Also the second pair was charged a different price from the first one.

Fake products. Received a dollar store pair of reading glasses. Have blocked the company on my email and glad I paid in a roundabout manner-wish I'd read these reviews before wasting my money though! I'm not even going to try for a returm/ refund reading these. Chalk it up and move on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could do no star I would do it. This is a scam. I ordered their self focusing glasses and received plain old readers that I could have purchased at the dollar store. They claimed they would arrive in 4 to 6 days and it took well over 3 weeks. Furthermore, they were not well packaged and one of the cheap pair of glasses arrived damaged. This is a scam. I have reached out to them and yet to hear back. I am beyond disappointed. I’m am just mad at this point. Paying $60+ for dollar store glasses. To add insult to injury, they sent 3.50 focal glasses that I cannot use une any circumstance. Ugh!!!

This company is trash, as are their glasses, advertised as multifocal high quality and for which I paid 30€. In fact they are inferior to those reading glasses which you can buy in many shops for around 5€ and they certainly are not multifocal, I have found them to be useless at any distance. I have sent 4 emails so far in an effort to get my money back but no reply to date.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND SELL RUBBISH.

Ordered glasses in February, arrived early March. Poor quality, actually made my eyesight worse. Requested refund multiple times. After going back and forth over the last 2 months. They still haven't refunded 60% of my purchase price. Sent me a store credit which is not what we agreed on. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy glasses from this company. They are made of cheap plastic, they are not multifocal, they do not have tinted lenses, they are dangerous if you suffer from presbyopia or astigmatism. Glasses like these are sold in kiosks or at festivals at the price of three or four euros. If you ask them to send your money back through their network, there you can see how much they will try to trick you and you will never get money back.
So be careful everyone away from this mafia "company", sorry gang I mean.

WARNING — STAY AWAY FROM Nivalé

My experience with this company has been absolutely disgraceful. I placed two separate orders totalling over $60 and never received a single item. After taking your money, communication becomes almost non-existent. Emails were ignored, responses were vague and delayed, and there was absolutely no accountability or urgency shown to resolve the issue.

At this stage, the whole experience feels like a scam. A legitimate company does not take customers’ money, fail to deliver products, and then practically disappear when customers ask for updates or refunds.

I have been left frustrated, out of pocket, and completely disappointed by the shocking level of customer service and lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend people stay away from this company and avoid wasting your money and time like I did.

This company is fraudulent and refuses to give me a refund for the reading glasses I ordered which are dysfunctional and does not enable proper reading at a short or long distance. I have exchanged at least 10 emails with the company and a person named Rose but they keep repeating the same request of filling out a form for a refund and then disappear for a week. It is completely misleading and frustrating to deal with them and I would urge caution to customers who are trying to order reading glasses from this company. Not sure if it's a fraudulent website or mismanagement of the refund process.

I received a pair of eyeglasses from Nivale, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The product was advertised as adaptive varifocal lenses, but what I received was a fixed +3.5 vision lens, which is not what I ordered. The glasses were delivered in a very basic, low-quality package rather than a proper protective case.

In addition, the material feels extremely cheap and of very poor quality, far below what was shown in the advertisements.
Overall, the product does not match the description or the expectations set by their marketing. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

If I could rate 0 I would! I ordered the glasses but shipment never fully sent to my address. They responded to my email once with a tracking link again but does not respond any more. My money is lost I’m sure. Definitely a scammer!

Nivale (nivaleshop.com) is considered a high-risk or potentially fraudulent site to avoid.It is a "scam" company, with numerous reviews highlighting issues that suggest a drop-shipping scheme rather than a legitimate, high-quality optician. I received glasses and it is not what they have mentioned in ad. Totally bogas glasses that they send may be 50 cents glasses it is not match with descriptions. This is fraud people do not buy.

This is a fraud company, they send a cheap and only shortsighted glass, not autofocus as the promotional advertising. This is pure scam. You tube should ban this company.

I ordered a pair of their top-of-the-line glasses for €51.90 at Shop, and nothing!! Shop will not refund the money nor Nivele!! Fraud!!!

Despite ordering and receiving product it did not work despite request a return and refund I hear nothing back TOTAL Scam avoid save ur money

Really a scam, I ordered and payed online this last 28th of March still not received,how they can fed their families with this kind of work,well I see all of you in HELL (nivale)

They promised glasses that you can use for reading and watching tv, as the glasses would adapt “automatically” to the different distances. It turns out I can only read; the glasses don’t adapt and it’s impossible to watch TV with them. I paid CHF 31 for plastic reading glasses that would have cost me CHF 5 in any pharmacy nearby.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Glasses are RUBBISH not multifocal AT ALL. Very blurry except up close 4-6 inches away. Cheap quality. I started my Return/Refund process the same day they were delivered. I got stuck in the craziest communication loop with ROSE, who's got to be an AI customer service agent. Disputing with my credit card company.
