I think it is good. I like the app data. It isn't as obvious when it functions like the Nora but I think it will be good.

Amazing how well this works! We even bought a second one to keep in our camper, because we can’t live without it now that we are used to finally always getting a full restful nights sleep!

I have now purchased two of the pillows for side sleepers and my two issues with snoring and neck pain are finally dealt with. I travel often and my last few trips I took the pillow with me and no neck pain after my many hotel nights! My snoring is pretty much nonexistent now! Very pleased.

It has been a month since I ordered and I still don't have the pillow. I also had a surprise customs/duty expense I had to pay that was an additional 5% more. Poor communication.

The pillow made me snore more so than ever. This is based on my sleep cycle app. Why?

I cant log the pillow with the app. I have to see if it stills work without the app.

Fraudulent company. The pillow is uncomfortable and they do NOT accept returns (even within 30 day return period). I paid a significant amount of money returning the item back to them from the UK and they REFUSED to accept the delivery. I am now out of pocket by over $100 for the shipping and $500 for the useless pillow. DREADFUL, UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and paid shipping fees for early shipping. Did not get order number or tracking immediately and had to follow up multiple times for tracking number. It’s more than 2 weeks since I ordered and still no shipment, no update on tracking number as to where my shipment is and no communication regarding my status. For $200+ purchase, I expected better post sales communication.

Could use better instructions on where to find on off button for power lights. Nice quality. Compared to similar products this is a better value for the money.

Cost unjustifiable. I bought it for the cooling tech and it doesn't work well. I will be returning. I really wanted it to work.

The pillow is too uncomfortable . The seller does not provide shipping label for the return nor a address for return within "30-day" trial.

We've tried all the suggestions from customer service and this pillow is just not helping my boyfriend's snoring issue. Customer service even claimed they needed to be given access to our Wifi - um, hard no. The raising only barely moved his head around, and not enough to stop, let alone prevent, his snoring.

After 4 years of trying everything, nearly every product and certainly every solution, to resolve his snoring, outside of surgery, this expensive pillow was literally our last stitch effort in us being able to ever have the ability to consistently sleep a full night together. But his snoring just is not going to go away.

Maybe it works for some people, but we are returning this so-advertised "if all else has failed" pillow for a full refund. Hopefully they make the return process easy, inexpensive, and painless, given how much they guaranteed this pillow would work.

Delivery by FedEx is the worst, still don’t have my package as they insist on a signature and I work two jobs. It would have been nice if your company would have stated a signature was required for delivery, as I would have not ordered the item. Not sure if I will ever see my item as FedEx is too difficult to deal with and has no policy on how to waive the signature requirement required by your company.

I returned the product as it did not work for us. I was told I could return it. I was within the 30 day trial period. It has been weeks since they received it and they stopped communication with me, and have not issued a refund.

I have had my z6 now for several months and I love it!!! Not only has it reduced my snoring ( According to my partner/witness0) it is just very relaxing. I turn it on while watching tv before going to sleep. It soothes and relaxes me. Then a good night’s rest is in order.
