bonjour, je ne recommande à personne d'acheter du matériel chez nibest. parce que j'ai acheté un réfrigérateur positif et qu'il ne fonctionne pas. le frigo est neuf mais il n'y avait pas de gaz j'ai payé 2000 euros et j'ai récupéré de la ferraille.

Problème :Après quelques jours j'ai constaté des petites taches brunâtres qui commencent à apparaitre sur le plan inox.
J'ai pris contacte avec le service client et j'ai envoyé un photos.
Leur Réponse après avoir contacté leur expert: "la raison est plutôt un effet externe qui a causé la rouille. En effet c’est bien possible par des produits de nettoyage, mais également de certains sortes de poissons. Néanmoins c’est quelque chose corrosive qui a affecté la couche film. Dans tous les cas, elle n'est pas couverte par la garantie car la cause est toujours externe".
Je travaille dans la cuisine depuis des années et j'ai d'autres tables en inox depuis des années et j'utilise le même produits de nettoyage rien qui a changé et j'utilise pas les poissons dans ma cuisine.
Alors pour moi c'était à Nisbets de me protéger car le produit n'est pas en bonne qualité.

Dint receive my product for 1 month. Nisbets do not deliver in buildings above level 1.
Please do not buy anything from this store. I bought fridge 1 month ago, still not delivered. There is a hidden cost to get delivery in building above level 1. Customer service is 0/10. Chris, the manager, in Auckland, New Zealand is not at all helpful.

Yet another online company selling items without having them in stock. Nothing on the site to say not in stock.
More and more of this happening, I understand because of COVID it's hard to get stock from overseas, but at least be honest with your customers about it.
Sadly, not the supplier for us.
I am a relatively new customer to Nisbets. Have generally been happy with the service. Not the best, but until now, not the worst. Felt genuinely sorry for the lady on the phone, who understood my issue. But her manager wouldn’t come to the phone when I requested to speak to a senior member of the staff, and simply passed on a very abrupt and uninterested message. I ordered a cream charger and the gas to operate said gadget. Got the gadget no problem. It’s been standing on the countertop waiting for it’s power. A month later I ring to ask where the gas was. First I was told they had none in stock. And then I am told that it is in stock, but as a ‘domestic’ customer ( delivery address is our business address, so how they determine we are domestic, I don’t know), the item had been cancelled for me. Then I am told that it is because, it is a prohibited item and ‘illegal’. Really? ‘Illegal’? I am a grown up, and understand completely the need to be extra vigilant where this gas is concerned. But there has been no communication from this company to inform, or ask, if I was aware of said ‘illegal’ trading of this product. And, they sold me the machine that the gas was for. Why? By not allowing me the gas, the machine won’t work! I wanted to use this supplier as we, as a company, would prefer to support fellow local businesses. There is a Nisbets shop not far from us. But quite frankly, I get better service from the very dreaded Amazon. I have ordered my gas from there. It will be delivered tomorrow. And I will not order from Nisbets again. I may only order occasionally. But you never know do you, small orders might just lead to the biggest order ever. Or that is how we feel in our company. And would hope that our customers are not patronised in quite the way I was today. It is pretty much like buying a car, but not being allowed to purchase the engine. Very sad with the lack of logic in this company, and appalled by the attitude of the manager.

I have dealt with Nisbets a few times with great items at good prices.
Today I had exceptional customer service from Carol Gallagher. I was sent a pro forma but half the items didn't carry across so I panicked a little and called back. I got through to Carol this time who was so friendly and helpful and sorted out my issue in no time.
One negative I would highlight is that the numerous times I've spoken to Nisbets colleagues in the past, there always seems to be an issue with the system you guys are using. It's either very slow or it kicks them out or it crashes. I think the system needs an upgrade or improvement if possible as it would make your colleagues lives a lot easier.
This is no reflection on the customer service as the people I've spoken to have always been excellent but more an issue with the system. I hope Carol gets this feedback for her great help today.
Table Top Ordered - But Discontinued
I ordered a table it showed stock took my Money then 4 days later out the blue a full refund - no communication or alternative offered as the item is discontinued now apparently but is still available on the website now.

I called in to the leeds store today looking at spending around £1000, as I walked in I wasn’t greeted and left to my own devices. When I couldn’t find what I wanted I went to approach a girl with glasses, I asked her if they have the knife set in that I wanted only to be told “no we don’t stock knife sets” any way I went on to explain that I’m looking for quiet a few things, but I’ve noticed that the shelves are looking empty. She then turned around and said there’s a shortage of HGV drivers plus Covid and started chuckling to herself, and then said everything is out that we have if you don’t see it we don’t have it( not a case of let me show you what we have)
I was really shocked how cocky she came across. All this was done with her sat down behind the desk. Nisbets if this is how you run your business I don’t want any of it.

DPD renvoi de jour en jour la livraison et NISBETS semble cautionner et ne prend pas de décision: annulation ou ré expédition.
Site à déconseiller tout comme DPD

I'm a regular buyer for small things and emergencies, I see that the managers are really putting effort but the cashier was slightly upset with me when I asked the price with VAT and you can't do that when I'm giving you 350 pounds VAT included.
Don't buy small items from Nisbets
Don't buy small items from Nisbets, because although they - in this case - were very speedy, they apparently care nothing for the environment. My items could have fitted into a small padded envelope, but came instead in an absurdly large cardboard box, perched on top of polythene puff bags. This wastes lorry space, as well as making the customer wait in for a delivery which could easily have fitted through the letterbox.

We placed a showcase because they confirmed us the item will be delivered in 5 working days because they had a small stock in the store, so now we called them to make sure or get a delivery slot and they said to us there will be a delayed until 25th july which is more than one month...At this point...Where have the small stock gone...we felt like they lied us to make the purchase.... they should not make a promise that they cannot turn real

Commande : 6883268. C'est assez incroyable, je passe une commande normalement livrée le 25 mai... Arrivé le 25, aucune trace de la commande, j'appelle donc l'entreprise. Je tombe sur une personne qui déjà semblait occuper par autre chose car la personne limite aurait pu me dire d'aller voir ailleurs, cela aurait été pareil. Je lui donne mon numéro de commande, elle me dit bah, elle est pas arrivé, non c'est vrai ? Je lui demande quand est-ce que je vais l'avoir, elle me répond "je n'en sais rien" ??? WTF ? Je lui dit, vous êtes sérieuse ? Elle me dit appelez le transporteur et voyez avec eux... Je lui ai dit ce n'est pas sérieux, elle me répond "ok" et raccroche... C'est la dernière fois que je commande chez eux... D'ailleurs, j'ai un gros doute sur les avis qu'ils disent avoir sur le site car ce sont des entreprises igraal ou autre qu'ils paient et dont les avis sont écrits dans un français TRÈS approximatif...

Have been waiting for some equipment for my catering trailer for over 3 months now and still no idea when it will arrive. I now have my catering trailer and am ready to trade so am going to have to purchase else where and cancel. Waste of time

Do not believe anything they promise you on the website or the customer services say about delivery
I appreciate times are difficult
But any larger items are shipped out to another company who are not contactable then closed as if delivered
So who knows when items will arrive
To add insult to injury you get a phone call when they promised delivery to ask you about the service
